About this house rental
92-square-meter detached villa, fully renovated in 2022.

a 5-minute walk from the train station
3 km from the harbor and the beach.
12 minutes from downtown Montpellier by train and 10 minutes from Sète by car
. It can accommodate up to 8 people. The layout is as follows:
- on the first floor, a large 38 m² living area comprising:
an open kitchen, living room, dining room, and a half-bath.
- Upstairs:
- 1 bedroom with a double bed (140/200) and a bathroom (shower);
- 1 bedroom with a double bed (140/190);
- 1 bathroom (shower)
- Separate toilet
- 1 attic bedroom with 2 pull-out beds, for a total of 4 single beds. This bedroom is accessed via a staircase; there is no door at either the top or bottom of the stairs.
A travel crib and high chair are available upon request.
- Outside, there is a 20 m² courtyard with an outdoor table, umbrella, and grill.
Every room is air-conditioned.
The kitchen is fully equipped:
- Whirlpool fridge-freezer
- Whirlpool pyrolytic oven
- 4-burner induction cooktop
- Whirlpool dishwasher

The house is pretty good and we can recommend it also the communication with the landlord was very good but the Internet was turned off the evening before and in the sleeping area where the shower is it smelled of drain that would still have to be fixed
