About this villa rental

The professional SPA was installed in January 2025 for 5 people, including a Jacuzzi brand elongated seat. it is emptied after each departure of the Tenant cleaned and disinfected, which means that it will only be at the end of the evening or at the latest the next morning if there has been a change of tenant on the same day.
Villa located in the Villeroy district, built in 2010, 200 meters from the beach with direct access, with unobstructed views of the nature area of the neighborhood from the solarium.
Beautiful view of the Etang de Thau from the living room as well as on the colorful sails of the kitesurfers which twirl above the azure waves when the tramuntana blows. Four bedrooms and eight beds overlooking the garden served by a tiled pavement, ideal for one or two families or a group of friends who wish to visit the region or indulge in the pleasure of idleness. Barbecue, deckchairs, straw huts nearby for charming and gastronomic holidays. You will appreciate the proximity of the beach and the absence of worries about parking (parking and adjoining garage) 7 kw car charging station available free of charge
To do: visit the surrounding towns, Bouzigues and its oyster beds, Agde and its seaside resort, Pezenas the city of Molière, Carcassonne and its fortifications.

Very close to the beach (5 min walk). Nicely located, not far away from Sete (4 km). We enjoyed our stay. The house is located in a quiet neighbourhoud. The house in itself is big with a nice terrace. Enough space for 8 people to stay in and equipped with all you need (also bikes).
If you looking for a lively outside environment like a promenade with bars and terraces you will have to take your bike and go to Sete. Near to the beach and on the beach some bars and restaurants are available. At less then 10 minute walk restaurant L’Essentiel is the best place to go!

- The house is very noisy (inside), closing doors, flushing the toilet, taking a shower and so on can be heard throughout the house.
- The house was not very clean when we arrived. The floor was dirty.

We had a most enjoyable stay in Villa St Pierre. In spite of the high temperatures , the modern house was cool thanks to very efficient air conditioner units. The neighbourhood was peaceful and friendly with good restaurants nearby. Having the use of the bikes was a welcome plus as there are many attractive cycle paths near the house. The bus stop to Sète is also very convenient . One quibble was the quality of the pillows , and the rather stingy towel provision. Otherwise we found the house a fantastic base for a stay in this area and would definitely return.

C'est très rare de trouver une maison aussi belle, spacieuse et bien équipée. C'est un vrai plaisir d'y passer ses vacances parce qu'on se sent tellement bien dans cette maison. La description était tout à fait exacte, les propriétaires sont très aimables. Même si on ne voit pas la mer, on est vraiment très près, à 200 mètres.
