Ideally located 3 minutes walk from the beach by a pedestrian path, and access to a bike path immediately out of the house by the garden door.
It comprises on the ground floor a kitchen open to the dining room, a living room, a master suite with private bathroom, a double bedroom (2 separate beds), a second bathroom with shower and toilet. All the ground floor rooms open onto the terrace with bay windows.
Upstairs, 2 bedrooms with two separate beds each, a TV lounge (TV, DVD player) and children's playroom (with board games, many books), a third bathroom with shower and toilet, a balcony

What a little gem of a place. The house is spot on, just as advertised. Good air con, which certainly helped, well placed and spacious. The area is lovely. In the 2 weeks we were there we spent time on the beaches, time in the local restaurants and time in the house. It felt like it was where the French went to holiday, was perfect.
