It's a little walk (or a shorter cycle with V'Lille) to the centre, but then I knew that when I booked, so no complaints!

- location - self check in/out

- kitchen smelled like vinegar. - wifi network was not active. - it was not immediately clear to us that the spare bed sheets were stored in the sofa bed’s inside compartment. it took a little while to find this out - a little notice would have been welcomed. - I feel like I have received 15 emails from nocnoc, before and during the stay. it became annoying and I skipped a few emails - some of them containing the checkin link. 3 to 4 emails would have been plenty enough. - we had some questions for the staff and tried to call the numbers, but nobody picked up.

Location was good

Communication was bad with the owners. We didn't have Wi-Fi even though it stated on their website that Wi-Fi would be included. We contacted management and they told us the owner was out of town and there was nothing they could do for us.

Very good

The original room had some problem and we were booked to another apartment. It was large and well equipped. The location was excellent. The staff is helpful.

Despite the apartement was very nice the bathroom was rather strange and small. The toilet is placed under the boiler and between the wall and the shower cubicle. It is for really small people

Location good, close to everything and quiet neighbourhood

Upstairs neighbours having a party all night and could have been cleaner. Expect basic washing stuff eg soup and shampoo but nothing here.

Poor services for the price

Apartment well placed. Central heating very good.

The apartment wasn't clean. It is strange because according the person that we did the check-in, the studio cleant just before our arrival. Moreover, broken glasses found in the bathroom(we had our son with us). We did not find soap in the bathroom, so think to take with you all the necessary. A WiFi connection should be provided but i couldn't connect on the net neither by my PC nor by my cell phone.

Pratique petit appartement à pas cher

Le service client au top. Le très bon rapport qualité prix, même s'il y a des défauts évidemment. On était sur nos gardes concernant la propreté à cause des commentaires mais avons été très satisfait.

La literie est pas confortable.

Globalement c'est est ce que j' attendais du studio + emplacement.

Emplacement parfait petit studio avec beaucoup de charme.

Un ménage moyen ( ustensiles de cuisine, salle de bain et taches douteuses sur les coussins du canapé et le canapé). La table bancale, odeur d'égouts dans la salle de bain. La Wifi ne fonctionnait pas bien non plus.

Ok til overnatning, madlavning, en hvilestund, og tæt på centrum.

Nærhed til det smukke centrum i Lille. Så stille så vi kunne sove med åbent vindue. Og helt ok badeværelse, samt et køkken som det går at lave et enklere måltid mad i. Lidt svært at anmelde via de forskellige smileys, for eksempelvis kan jeg jo ikke klage over det ene eller det andet forhold, når stedet i grunden mest er et lettere spartansk opholdssted. Så Booking må vel lave en mere specifik løsning, hvis anmeldelserne skal blive mere brugbare.

Der var lidt omkring renheden på stedet, dog ikke en generel ting, men ting som en noget klam topmadras på sengen(hvis jeg havde ladet være med at trække mit sengetøj af, havde jeg omvendt ikke registreret dette punkt), et betræk på sofaen med skjold, og andet lettere hærget inventar, samt slid på/huller i vægge.

Avis mitigé

L'emplacement et l'appartement (équipements sauf internet, propreté et taille) convenaient parfaitement à mon attente.

Difficultés pour récupérer les clés avec des indications erronées et confuses. Pas d'internet et peu de réactivité du numéro de contact qui ne prend pas les appels et ne répond pas aux sms. Seul contact possible par la messagerie Booking.
