About this apartment rental

Exceptional offer following a cancellation for health reasons for the period from 29/06/23 to 06/07/23.

This opportunity will allow you to come and take "a breath of fresh air" in an "exceptional property" while discovering Saint-Malo.
Its breathtaking landscapes, its beaches, its gastronomy, Brittany as we like to experience it.

Regarding the apartment itself, you will be welcomed in a superb 3-bedroom apartment of 60 M2 located in the 5 * residence of "Grand Sillon" facing the large beach of Saint-Malo where you will benefit from underground parking with a private box which is an undeniable ASSET and how IMPORTANT.
The residence is completely secured by digicode and audio - video intercom.
You will be 15 meters from the beach, from the balconies of the apartment you will have the impression of overlooking the sea.
The apartment opens onto a FANTASTIC sea view:
- on your left Saint-Malo Intra-Muros.
- in front of you appears the open sea
- on your right towards Paramé extends the Breton coast.
You can go to Saint-Malo intramural by strolling, because the city is only 700m away.

The apartment consists of:
- An entrance with wardrobe
- A large living room
- A balcony equipped with armchairs to take full advantage of the sea view and the sun.
- A fully equipped kitchen: (dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, etc.).

The traveler will be seduced by the proximity of the Corsair city of Saint-Malo, with its ramparts built by Vauban, where you can reach on foot without effort "Promenade just Fantastic"

You will walk along the sea for 700 meters, the place will bewitch you with its tides that you will experience live twice a day.
