Beautiful views and a parking space!

The bed was comfortable and the view was amazing! The staff were very nice to deal with when we collected the keys and it wasn’t far to walk into Como town.

The flooring was coming apart and the white kitchen worktop had a big scorch on it so in need of some tlc but the view of the lake and the funicular more than made up for it and it was reasonably priced.

Brilliant location and spacious apartment.

The location is perfect but site should clearly state that without your own transport the steep location is very challenging to walk to. The views of Como and the lake are exceptional

Having to pick up and drop off the key at the office, however in doing so the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They helped us call a taxi from the office to the property since we had luggage with us.

AMAZING!!!!!

Well to start with the most important part, the view from the apartment bay window is exceptional!!! A breath taking view to sit and enjoy from the moment you wake up, to the moment you close your eyes. The apartment has everything you could possibly need, fully furnished with cooker, washing machine, A/C and much more. The bed is comfortable and clean, as well as the entire apartment, very clean. The owners have been great and very helpful, and take no time to respond to any questions at all. I really can’t say a single bad thing about this apartment or even como. Don’t sit back and have a think about booking this apartment, JUST DO IT, YOU WILL NOT BE DISSAPOINTED! Thanks for making our stay and memories here amazing. Luke and Chelsea.

The apartment ist really nice and clean and has a great view. Private parking is oustide the building. We only stayed for 2 nights but it is a great place to stay longer. The agency was really nice, checking up with us if everything was to our liking. Can highly recommend this place. Just be aware it is a 20 min walk to the lakefront and some of it uphill (that is the view!).

Only one point. The pillows were not comfy for me, but that is a personal point.

The lake view is amazing. The location of the apartment is quite good. The apartment is located on a hill, 20 minutes by walk to the city center. That means you have to climb the stairs to get back. This pleace is well equipped. We had a great time.

Lovely introduction to Lake Como

The Lake Panorama apartment was a great base from which to explore Lake Como for a couple of days, which was all the time we had on this first visit. It is on a steep hillside above the town of Como -- within walking distance, but the walk into town has one stretch that is nerve-wracking, with cars whizzing at you on a narrow street, while you walk on a very narrow pedestrian strip bounded by old buildings. I wouldn't want to do that walk with children or older people. To get back in the evenings, we just took taxis; and one could use taxis to get into town too, if necessary (it's easy to call a taxi service). Also, one of the keys you are given will open a gate at the bottom of a footpath that will save you many steps when you walk into town; make sure to read the apartment guide! The apartment is very spacious for two people; the bathroom and kitchen are large, modern, well-equipped. It is in a large, nice apartment building with a gated entrance and private parking, if you're driving, in a quiet residential neighborhood. The views over the lake and town are beautiful! The host was very prompt and helpful. We ended up on a later train to Como than we expected; she kept in touch with us by phone and met us right at the apartment, having waited for us to arrive. The town of Como was fun; lots of activity, restaurants, interesting buildings, some nice parks. It was already very busy in early May; I'm sure it gets much more crowded at the height of summer, so that's something to consider when planning your trip. If we go to Lake Como again, we will probably plan a longer stay in one of the smaller towns on the lake, but this was a great way to discover the area, with ready access to many different boats and routes. Ticket lines for the public boats are LONG.

This apartment was ideal for our purposes, but if you want to spend a lot of time in town and go out at night, you should probably look for accommodations right in town.

Made me want to return to Como as soon as possible!

The view was incredible and made me look forward to waking up every morning and returning to the apartment every evening. The facilities and size were perfect for our needs and Marie was always responsive and helpful.

The climb up and down were a little bit of a challenge but the view was worth it.

Wonderful view, good place for a weekend

The view is awesome! The bad is comfortable, clean and wide. Pillows are super comfy! The apartment was warm (event too warm) when we arrived. Apartment has everything you need. Free parking available!

Unfortunately early check out. We need to take keys from a lock box in another location. Not too far, but still a bit unpleasant at night in a new city.

An Appartment with great views of Como

The main selling points for this apartment is the view, which is sensational and the available car parking, which can be difficult near central Como. The hosts were flexible with our check in, which we eventually were able to do online as our flight to Italy ended up being delayed considerably.

The bed was not at all comfortable and really could do with being replaced. There was also an old blood stain on the bedding, which you would not really expect on a property of this standard.

Séjour agréable ou on pouvait aller a pied au village, a la plage de Come et la villa Erba ..

Etant donné les inondations a Come, By myhome nous a trouvé un autre logement , il n etait pas sur le bord du lac de Come comme c etait supposé, il etait a Cernobbio pres de la plage et du village, un grand logement, on a été décu sur le coup mais apres nos nos 6 jours on a été très satisfait de ce très grand logement . Aussi la facilité a rejoindre l hote sur whats app

le parking ou il fallait mettre de l argent dans le parcometre aux 3 heures dans le jour si on ne sortait pas,, Aussi la remise des clés à un autre endroit , une chance qu on avait des photos de l'endroit et les instructions,

Wunderschön und gerne wieder

Die Lage mit Blick auf den See sind glatte 10 Punkte. Auch der inbegriffene Parkplatz ist super. Die Abholung des Schlüssel an einem anderen Ort war ok, denn es musste niemand auf den anderen warten. Allerdings ist der sehr gut beschriebene Weg dahin teilweise etwas eng, ebenso wie die Zufahrt zum Appartement. Die Verwaltung antwortet umgehend auf Anfragen und ist sehr nett. Wir haben im Vorwege eingekauft und mussten dadurch kaum Lebensmittel nach oben tragen und konnten auch das Auto stehen lassen. Der Weg von der Wohnung zum Ufer dauert ca. 12 min.. Auch zum Bahnhof geht man max. 15 min für Ausflüge z.B. nach Mailand. Die Ausstattung des Appartements war gut und das Geschirr sauber.

Die Infomappe im Zimmer könnte detaillierter sein (z.B. Müll sortieren, WLAN, ...). Der Aufstieg zur Wohnung ist schon etwas zäh, aber für manchen ein willkommener Frühsport.

Idéal pour un séjour court sur Come.

L'appartement est idéalement situé sur les hauteurs de Come. La vue depuis l'appartement est grandiose, nous y prenions notre pdj et notre repas du soir. C'est un grand studio tout en longueur avec une cuisine à l'entrée où on peut y déjeuner. Une belle salle de bain avec une grande douche et une vaste chambre en bout à coté de la fenetre et sa vue sur Come et le Lac. Ne pas oublier le parking sécurisé qui est aussi un plus pour nous qui voyageons en moto. Le bon débit de la WIFI.

Ce n'est pas un point négatif, mais il faut savoir que la petite route qui permet d'accéder à l’immeuble est étroite avec des virages très serrés en épingle à cheveux ! Même avec la moto nous étions obligés de faire une manœuvre. On comprend pourquoi les italiens ont des petites voitures.

Vista linda, acesso muito difícil.

Apartamento confortável e bem equipado, com vista espetacular de Como. Tem vaga própria de estacionamento.

O acesso à propriedade é muito difícil, por rua íngreme e estreita. No mapa parece muito perto da riva, mas de fato é longe e quase impossível acessar a pé. Recomendo usar carro, e bem pequeno. No anúncio não há referência nenhuma à dificuldade de acesso, não teríamos alugado se soubéssemos disso com antecedência.

Виды запомнятся на долго! Вообще квартира полностью подготовлена для отдыха, есть все необходимое и даже больше. В холодильнике вода, есть стиральный порошок, хороший wifi и многое другое. Вид конечно потрясающий

Забирать ключи с офиса - не самая лучшая идея, перед походом в гору. Надеюсь владельцы придумают, как передавать ключи без захода в офис и подъемом в гору. Так же дорога к дому не самая легкая, еще и с чемоданами. будьте внимательны
