Gute und ruhige Lage, sehr gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Gut ausgestattete Küche, zwei Bäder und drei Balkone. Sehr große Wohnung trotzdem nicht sehr teuer.
Etwas mehr Sauberkeit, spartanisch eingerichtetes zweites Schlafzimmer (kein Kasten), nur Bettgestelle mit aufgelegten Matratzen.
