The neightbour in the building are really noisy, and their is no noise insulation between the room and the neightbour's bathroom. They were singing from 8pm30. Also the room is really humide. The window is really small and too high, you don't see outside

Loved it!! Staff is excellent!! Location was what we needed.

Coffee maker in foyer no good!!

The facility was strategically located in the Trastevere neighborhood on a busy street, within walking distance to a supermarket, small grocery establishments, and eateries. It was also easily accessible by taxis.

We missed face-to-face human interactions. We experienced some issues with the A/C in the room, and someone came quickly to address it. The problem was temporarily fixed and resolved semi-permanently the following day. We could hear other guests in the adjacent room when they were taking a shower (together). There was a small window in the bedroom for sunlight, but it was located high, near the ceiling, and operated via electronic buttons. We were also surprised by a young scorpion in the bathroom. The room was small, especially considering our four suitcases, two of which were large ones.
