Clean and modern room and bathroom in great location close to public transport. Easy check-in with nice host.

Nothing was wrong with the room. Just lacking in a “Roman feel” but we knew that before booking.

Loved this room in Rome, perfect area to stay and the room had everything we needed. I would highly recommend the area is out of the bustle of the main centre but has its own good amount of restaurants and bars and cafes.

Breakfast was a voucher to a coffee shop around the corner, they did lovely orange juice coffee and pastries no complaints there, we just had a couple of early starts, our fault not theirs we just had to take away rather then eat there as the place didn’t open until 8 so was not fully up and running in time.

Antonio , our host, was responsive . The location is good, in a neighborhood full of life . The accommodations are modern but in a beautiful old residential building and perfect for a few nights . The room is up a few flights of stairs,so if you have mobility issues or lots of luggage , this is not the place for you . Breakfast voucher was great. Best Warm croissant ever, fresh squeezed oj , cappuccino and best play list that made it hard to stay seated !

Great location, bathroom was lovely and clean bed was comfortable. Close to lively bars and restaurants for the evening.

The room had a shared living room and kitchen area with another room. This was not made clear on the advertisement before we arrived. This caused us a lot of disturbance during our stay. We were told that the maid would come every other day, however the maid would come to the properly every morning at 8am sharp. From 8-9am she sounded like she was making her breakfast in the kitchen next door to our room. Banging about and clanging pans. Then she would proceed to clean the entire kitchen (even though it was clean). She was on the phone a lot in the morning as well talking loudly, this made our stay extremely disturbing and uncomfortable in the mornings. The maid would then clean next doors room and therefore would be making all this noise until about 10am. The construction and building work surrounding the property was also very disturbing. Drilling, banging and electric saw from 8am every morning and we stayed there for a week. Not a great place to stay if you have had a late night because we literally did not sleep well in the mornings at all and woke up everyday with headaches.
