Great location! Close to many modes of transportation. Many places to walk around nearby. Grocery store is nearby.

Bathroom didn’t have anywhere to put your clothes while showering. Nowhere to put your soap, shampoo, conditioner, razor, etc while showering. The beds were way too soft.

Breakfast was very, very good. Courtyard and facilities are beautiful...so historic. Staff was very helpful. Worked with us to accomodate an early check in, which was so nice after coming off the cruise ship.

Price is the only issue, but for the location, you are getting pretty good value.

Was unable to access door by phone, unfortunately. Luckily arrived while reception was still open.

Trastevere is a really nice area with many restaurants, culture and history, all in walking distance. Despite of many disappointments regarding the hotel, everything worked ok and our vacation was very nice (due to good company, weather etc).

This hotel was a disappointment for us. Definitely too expensive for the level and quality, not worth of the money. Our room was dark and very small, in the first floor, and also noisy, did not smell clean. The breakfast room was small and a bit too modest (dishes were done in the same room, trash can was on the table etc). There is a nice outdoor area which is perhaps excellent in summer time. Part of the staff was very friendly, part very passive (didn't pay any attention to the customers). There were tents (and "nest" of poor people in front of the hotel, which made it dirty (I guess hotel cannot do anything for this). After all, everything worked ok and our vacation was very nice (due to good company, weather etc).
