We had a wonderful stay in one of the newer rooms at Trastevere Royal Suite. The building is a mix of Airbnb/hotel style rooms and residential apartments. Ray met us on the day-of and offered an early check in. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, with strong air conditioning. There was a small shared kitchen area just outside the room with an espresso machine, fridge, sink and hot plate. The location is fantastic, we walked everywhere. 10/10 stay and we would recommend to any travellers exploring Rome.

Great location! The Trastevere neighbourhood of Rome is so cool! Vibes were 10/10 here.
The smells in each room and the main area were overwhelming. There were so many perfume incense all over. It was odd how many there were.

The location of the hotel was really convenient and nice. The staff was friendly and all in all it’s a good place for the price that you pay.
When we entered the lobby of the hotel, there was a really strong cigarette smell and when we entered the room there was also a really bad smell, especially in the bathroom. We had a hard time dealing with the smell and we’re shocked that the smell lingered for all of our stay. We stayed there only one night so felt as though it was useless trying to reach out to the staff about it but would not recommend the place just because of the smell.
