Great location, friendly staff, good communication.
The only thing I would say to improve would be to have breakfast service start a little earlier. A lot of people have early tours they need to get to.

Clean and perfect location and communicative hosts right off the bat and with great directions and meeting us when we got there and set up a taxi for us to go to the airport. Location is in our fav neighborhood.
Wish the ac worked a lot better but that’s Europe sometimes.
