About this house rental
2 minutes from the Buttes Chaumont in the 19th arrondissement. Two rooms right in the Mouzaïa district.
A bedroom and a living room of around 30 m2 on a small terrace on the ground floor of a house.
This apartment is ideal for hosting from 2 to 3 people maximum. There is a sofa bed in the living room for one person.
The advantage of our district is to be in Paris and to benefit from space and greenery in particular from the fabulous Parc des Buttes Chaumont.
La Mouzaïa is a secret district of Paris where life is good, which is perfect for strolling on weekends or coming to relax during a business trip or dynamic tourist vacation.
The whole is charming: cobbled streets, small houses, gardens, flowers, the din of Paris seems far away. Its atmosphere is very relaxing. La Mouzaïa was originally a working class city created in the 19th century.
Close to the lively district of Jourdain and not far from all the lively centers of Paris.

The metros are:
- line 7 bis Botzaris or Danube station.
- Bus 60 and 48 to the Gare du NORD - the Grands Boulevard - Richelieu-Drouot -le Louvre - Palais Royal)
- Galeries Lafayettes are 25 minutes away .
- Charles de Gaulle Airport in 25 minutes without traffic.
- Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est are 15 minutes away by public transport.

My son and I stayed here for three days and really enjoyed our stay. The quiet residential neighborhood was beautiful and safe - with families and small local bistros and a handful of shops was a perfect as was the proximity to Parc des buttes Chaumont - a gorgeous park. The apartment was clean, well appointed and the host was helpful and also respectful of our privacy. When she heard about our picnic plans, she lent us a blanket and warned us of the ticks. The only thing I’d mention is that it is a very hilly area of Paris with cobblestone, so if you aren’t up for walking some steep hills, this isn’t for you.

Loin du bruit et des touristes du centre de Paris ce petit nid au Mouzaia offre une calme et charme incontestable. Danielle ma accueillie challeureusement et avec générosité. Jai beaucoup apprécié la terrasse et le petit jardin où jai été souvent accompagnée par différents chats du quartiers. Je nhésiterai pas dy rester de nouveau!
