The ideal location for our family weekend (5 adults and a baby) to celebrate a special anniversary.

Spacious and well furnished - especially the stylish conservatory dining area.

Parking space for one car is very useful - but otherwise on-street parking in Ludlow is expensive or in car park some distance away.

A spacious and comfortable house and well worth a return.

The location. Good size house. Good size bedrooms Good bathrooms. We'll equipped kitchen. Comfortable seating/lounge area.

The patio area needs cleaning and updating. The dead Christmas tree in the patio area should have been removed after Christmas! The pot plants need to be watered. The condition of the patio area let's the house down and needs to be seriously addressed!

Not clear where parking spot for the property was located. A local resident said there were 2 allocated spots which confused us.

Great stay in Ludlow

The house is in a great location, on a very pretty street, close to the town centre and the castle. We were a group of 8 and we found it very comfortable and spacious. The kitchen, living and dining area are lovely, a great space to relax in. We appreciated having an en-suite, 2 bathrooms and a downstairs toilet. We were fortunate to be there during the concerts at the castle and we could hear the artists from the garden. The Charlton Arms is close by, a lovely pub by the river.

The garden area doesn’t match the high standards of the rest of the house. The garden itself needs tidying up and the furniture is old and rusty. There is only one parking space behind the property. It wasn’t clear which was the space for the house as the welcome video wasn’t working.

We loved the location, that there was parking, we could sit outside in the sun on the Sunday. The house was well presented and comfortable. Would definitely stay again again . It was in a very good position in Ludlow and would recommend it to others.

Had to phone rent your home as the to get the key safe number on arrival as the booking in site did not work on the p previous evening. And when we phoned your office. So manual transfer of £250.00 had to be done on the linnet house doorstep then code was given. This was small inconvenience. But the main problem was the heating was not working. This was a major issue it was a cold evening and one of my friends had Parkinson's. We phoned the office but at the time it was closed. Left a message . Which the caretaker did turn up and the heating was sorted. It was obviously the time clock was not working. Also left a contact number if we had further problems. Also explained that the blind in the double bedroom did not close. Their was no instructions for the following: heating, WiFi , emergency contact numbers, rubbish or the oven . The 2nd floor shower room window was clear glass I think this should be frosted. Hopefully this is all positive feedback. The heating problem was the main problem on my special weekend but it was finally sorted.

When we arrived at property house was freezing cold. It was up to us to work out the boiler!. Having been made aware of the time we were arriving I think it was very bad that no one checked if heating had been switched on and was working properly!🤔

Lovely light and bright modern but homely feel to property. Great dining area. Nice rear courtyard to sit out in. Only a short walk from centre of Ludlow. Parking a bonus.
