8a Castle Street is a lovely, little flat. Ideal for two for a short stay (3 days). It has everything that one could need.
We loved the location: right in the centre of Ludlow - a very short walk to both the Castle and St. Laurence's church. We also liked being right above the market. The view of old buildings, chimneys and the hills and countryside beyond - and of the market - were lovely. Parking was very easy in the Castle Square Pay & Display car park just behind the flat. (Tip: it is possible to pay enough to carry parking into the next day, to save having to be present at 8 a.m.) Our host, Jolyon, was charming.

Great location
No parking. No mention of 58 stairs to access the apartment. Dirty fridge. Who wants to eat an open packet of someone else's biscuits? Windows left half open, blinds down. Very dangerous. Hairs in bathroom. A bottle of milk wouldn't have broken the bank....
