Behind the Georgian façade lies a far older home full of charm, quirks and history, no wall is perfectly straight, every door is different and each room tells a unique story. The entire house is available for you to enjoy!
Sleeping up to a maximum of 8 (3 bedrooms and 1 sofa bed)the house features thoughtful interiors, antiques and a secluded garden, all within the convenient town centre to allow guests to enjoy all Ludlow has to offer.
Step through the Grade II listed door and you will enter an old alleyway full of charm and character. Within the alleyway lies No. 67 on the left hand side.
Once inside you are welcomed by a relaxed living /dining room. With large brick fireplace and woodburner, this is the perfect place to relax in the cooler months.
The dining table comfortably seats 6 people with the windows seat providing additional seating and a perfect people watching spot onto Old Street.
On the same floor is the small but characterful kitchen, which includes electric hob and oven, integrated fridge, slimline dishwasher and shelving for all crockery and food items.
Continuing up the beautiful old and original wooden staircase (this has restricted width and turn) you enter a bright landing space on the first floor.
This floor provides guests with an elegant and formal drawing room with plenty of seating and double sofa bed, with original sash window to the front of the property.
Next to the drawing room is a generous bathroom with bath, shower over the bath, traditional washstand and toilet.
Across the landing is the first of 3 bedrooms. With a double bed, wardrobes, dressing table and window seat it enjoys a quiet aspect over the rear courtyard and gardens.
Continuing up further stairs you reach a small but light filled landing with small WC. A few steps further and there are two further bedrooms - one twin room and one king bedroom with en-suite shower room.
Ludlow is famous for its hidden, walled burgage plots running behind medieval streets. 67 Old Street is no exception with a secluded outside space to enjoy al fresco entertaining, with outdoor seating, dining and BBQ.
