Head into St Laurence’s Church and enjoy the marvellous views from the tower or spend the day exploring Ludlow Castle. All the family can enjoy a walk along part of the Mortimer Trail, starting in Ludlow. Further afield, history buffs will love spending the day at Stokesay Castle. Less than 20 miles away is the Shropshire Hills National Landscape with Carding Mill Valley offering the chance to play in the stream or walk to enjoy the breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. The National Trusts' Berrington Hall is just 9 miles away. Alternatively, enjoy a range of outdoor activities like Go Ape while discovering the Wyre Forest, 17 miles away near Bewdley.
