lovely owners & lovely location

Very pleasant stay to recommend.

Great location, big balcony, safe garage, all doors can be locked, well equipped kitchen and bathroom, very nice hosts.

A larger selection of cutlery and cooking utensils is needed, there is no coffee machine and microwave.

Comunication with the lady from the property (is very friendly and wiling to help), the location next by the water.

I had such a pleasant stay here. The hosts were so kind, and the communication was also really great. The apartment was super spacious, everything well-equipped and bed was comfortable, too. What I liked the most was the location, since it was literally 30 seconds away from the beach. There are not many restaurants near, but still I find every one of those quite nice. I didn't bring a car but the parking lot was big enough. I'd love to come back with my family for a summer vacation. Highly recommended.

Relaxing and clean accommodation facility

The hostages are so friendly people. He even gives his umbrella to us. The room was so clean and the facilities are good. Thanks for everything!

A few steps from the water, fantastic location, great apartment, everything you could need, choice of restaurants around within meters, grocery store also right next door, perfect to enjoy the waters, 30 minute stroll to the old town, bicycles available, apartment spotlessly clean, well apartment, perfect for a couple hot water, cold aircon everything for a comfortable stay. Safe parking also available.

Nice small apartment where everything works very well for holiday

Everything works very well. Near appartment is good restaurant and small market. Small beach is just enough for short holiday. You can have total rest in this part of Kotor. Host is also very helpfull.

Pillows were not the best ones, but we slept well anyway.

Everything was very nice. The hosts were very kind. The location of the house was very good. There is the sea in front of the house. It was very enjoyable to swim in the sea. Having a parking lot is also a great advantage. We thank you for everything.

The owners were very welcoming. Location was great, very close to the seaside. And not far from Kotor. The terrace was perfect for evening talks over a glass of wine and breakfast in the morning sun.

Very kind hostess. 20m to the sea and small beach. Close to Kotor (30 - 45 minutes walk by the sea). Rather quiet spot for Kotor Riviera. Beautiful view from the seashore.

The apartment itself had no sea view (the small apartment), Although it was not the property fault, on the terrace there was a constant food smell from the nearby restaurant.

Struttura in ottima posizione, con parcheggio privato comodissimo. Appartamento molto pulito e accoglienza super cordiale. Bellissima terrazza per poter mangiare (dentro non co saremmo stati in 5)

Soluzione un po’ piccola per 5 persone: per due giorni va benissimo, di più sarebbe stato complicato

Denize sıfır olması ve sabah uyanır uyanmaz denize atlamak süperdi. Kotor merkeze yaklaşık 2 km mesafede ama deniz kenarında yürüyerek merkeze gitmek ve dönmek hem çok keyifli hemde farkında olmadan spor yapmış olduk. Tesisi işleten Mateja ve annesi çok sağ olsunlar her konuda anında yardımcı oldular. Tekrar görüşmek dileğiyle 🙏
