La struttura si trova a 10 minuti dalla stazione ferroviaria ed è dotata di parcheggio privato gratuito, comodo considerato i parcheggi a pagamento x la spezia. Infatti durante il soggiorno, la macchina non l'abbiamo usata ma ci siamo spostati con i mezzi do trasporto . La casa è spaziosa e munita di tutto il necessario, addirittura l'host ci ha lasciato qualcosa x la cena del primo giorno e la colazione.
Il divano letto non è molto comodo ed abbiamo notato che l'aria condizionata durante la notte rallenta la velocità.

Eine sehr saubere und sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Sie liegt zentral und doch ruhig. Man läuft ca. 15 Minuten zum Bahnhof und ins Zentrum. Supermarkt und Restaurant sind ca. 10 Minuten entfernt. Unmittelbar vor dem Haus geht auch ein Wanderweg nach Cinque Terre los. Im Sommer lässt sich die Wohnung gut abkühlen und man schläft angenehm. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat uns sogar mit dem Auto abends vom Bahnhof abgeholt und alles gezeigt.

Es un apartamento muy completo y acogedor. Muy limpio y con todo lo necesario. Hay cosas basicas para poder pasar unos dias: cosas para la limpieza, cafe, aceite, algo para desayunar...Se cuidan los detalles.El dueño, Nicola, es muy amable y atento. Además te deja pasta y pesto para cenar. A 15 min caminando de la estación de tren para visitar Cinque Terre.

L'emplacement était top, pas loin des bus et de la gare centrale. Du coup nous avions accès à tout ! L'appartement est très propre, vraiment très agréable et le lit très confortable ! Nicola est vraiment super ! Il nous a bien accueilli, nous avions des petites attentions à notre arrivée. Il est disponible si besoin et très avenant.
