Very sportive appartment in the 4th floor without elevator.

Big surprise. Very sportive appartment in the 4th floor without elevator. So we had a good gym to transport our havey baggage in the 4th. floor.

Perfect apartment and person match

The property was very clean and functional. It had everything a family with 2 kids needs for every moment of the day. The owner was very responsive and went far beyond their role. She gave us a lot of recommandation as a local. Even left a birthday gifs for my son. The location was also a good match for us. Not far from the city center or the train station (access to cinque terre). So all the accessibility needed in walking distance without the noise of the city.

Fabulous apartment on the 4th floor

Easily the best/nicest place we stayed. A generously sized apartment. Great sized rooms. Very well appointed and comfortable with everything you can need. Super comfortable. . Downside is the 4th floor location (86 steps) which was only a challenge because we have a baby and were travelling heavier than if just the 2 of us.

Just perfect!

Our stay at Katia and Marco's apartment was incredible. Their warm hospitality made us feel home from the moment we arrived. The apartment itself was pristine, modern, and equipped with everything we needed. Waking up to the breathtaking mountain views each morning was a true delight. The location was ideal, a short 20-minute walk to the train station and a supermarket nearby for convenience. We highly recommend Katia and Marco's apartment to anyone visiting La Spezia. The perfect blend of welcoming hosts, a convenient location, stunning views, and modern comforts make it a truly outstanding choice. We're eagerly looking forward to our next visit!"

Perfect stay in La Spezia

Apartamentul situat intr-o zonă liniștită, cu locuri de parcare gratuita in zonă. Apartamentul este curat, dotat cu absolut tot ce ai avea nevoie. Comunicarea a fost foarte bună, e o bună bază pentru vizitat Cinque Terre. Tip pentru turiști. Ca sa deschideți ușa apartamentului trebuie sa rotiți de 3 ori până la capăt. Apoi forțați cheia încă puțin pentru a deschide ușa, nu va îngrijorați că ați putea rupe cheia în încuietoare.

W obiekcie bardzo ale to bardzo czysto i mieszkanie zadbane. Mieszkanie jest bardzo dobrej wielkości i może spokojnie pomieścić co najmniej cztery albo pięć osób. Pełne wyposażenie w kuchni łącznie z pralką mikrofalówką i wyposażeniem kuchennym. Jako baza wypadowa na Cinque Terre - idealne miejsce. Pociag i stacja kolejowa około 20 min piechotą. Kontakt z właścicielem rewelacyjny wszelkie informacje przekazane przez WhatsApp. Po przyjeździe czeka na ciebie miła niespodzianka od właścicielam. naprawdę super. Jeżeli będę wybierał się jeszcze na pobyt i zwiedzanie Ligurii na pewno ponownie wrócę

Uciążliwym może być wejście na czwarte piętro z walizkami ale wchodzę tam zasadzie raz więc nie ma co do zasady problemu. Obiekt nie ma swoich miejsc parkingowych więc parkowanie jest przy ulicy bezpośrednio pod blokiem ale znalezienie miejsca jest naprawdę proste

Manca l'ascensore ed è al 4 piano. Ma per il resto è un ottimo appartamento che ti fa sentire a casa.
