About this apartment rental
Located in Parikia, the main port of the island of Paros and at the end of a quiet dead end street (last house on a dead end street).
The studio can accommodate 2 guests.
It is located in a Cycladic house that we renovated in 2014 with its own private entrance and has a 14m2 terrace not overlooked and without street/road, which overlooks a small orange grove and lemon trees (garden).
The studio is made up of one room with:
- A sleeping area: King size (200x200).
- A 14m2 terrace overlooking a garden with: table, chairs, deck chairs, drapes, shade sail. (no street/road).
- A kitchenette: with sink, refrigerator, hotplates, kettle, coffee maker, crockery, kitchen utensils, table and chairs.
- A complete bathroom (shower, sink, toilet and hairdryer),
- Reversible air conditioning,
- Secure WiFi.
Olympian-apartments (name of our house, the street has no name to date: (https://olympian-apartments.com) is nestled at the end of a dead end street, in a quiet neighborhood filled with bougainvillea and will provide you with an ideal environment to relax and immerse yourself in the true atmosphere of a Greek vacation.
Located 300 meters from Livadia beach and 200 meters from the historic center of Parikia and its labyrinth of streets. Accessible directly from the park of the Panaghia Katapoliani basilica.
Only 150 meters away; the fishing port and its numerous taverns which offer fresh fish and tasty traditional dishes. It is also from the port that the caiques leave every morning for the beaches of the island.
We provide household linen (sheets, bath towels and tea towels) (we do not provide beach towels).
Our criteria and requirements meet those of comfort, privacy, originality and well-being.

Nous avons adoré la situation de notre appartement : calme, proximité de la plage, du port, des commerces et énormément de petits restos sympas où l'on mange très bien. En plus, un arrêt bus à 100m qui nous conduit aux différents spots de l'île. La voiture ne s'impose pas. Grande gentillesse des propriétaires avec qui nous avons eu plaisir à échanger. Tout était parfait!!

Comment ne pas se sentir bien dans ce charmant studio avec terrasse donnant sur orangers et citronniers.Nous tenons à remercier nos hôtes pour leurs conseils ballades et leurs bons plans Resto!
Toujours disponibles souriants et présents quand nous avions besoin d'eux.
Leurs appartements sont idéalement placés à proximité immédiate de la plage des commerces restos et vieilles villes
Ils sont très bien équipés et pour la propreté vous ne trouverez pas mieux
Merci pour ce très agréable séjour dans votre belle maison

Une maison décorée avec beaucoup de goût, loin du bruit et de la foule mais à deux pas de la plage et du centre ville. Un accueil sincère, très attentif tout en étant discret. Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse.

Comme l'année dernière nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Paros.
Jean Philippe et Hervé sont très sympathiques et sont toujours présents pour leurs hôtes.
