2nd floor studio apartment overlooking Parikia Bay.
The building is located on a quiet hill overlooking the town. Easily accessible with private entrance and parking. Livadia Beach located 600 meters downhill. Panoramic views of the Aegean Sea and the port. Property is close to town but away from the noise and bustle.

Located 600 meters by road from the beach and 1.5 km to the port. Renting a car or motorbike is recommended but not necessary.

Apartment has one bedroom, a living room/kitchennette, dining space, and private bathroom. Roughly 340 sq feet. Apartment also has private balcony as well as access to larger public terrace with loungers and bbq grill.

An incredible stay - Maggie and Kostas were incredibly sweet! First - despite the hike it takes to get to the property, the place is decently close to the main port town! Just walk along the beach, then hike up the road on the hill (cars come up and down so be cautious, but I hugged the right and saw figs and pomegranates), then the house has several units - we loved the cats! Some hung out with us too! Loved the proximity to the beach, there is a dirt path shortcut once you get off the hill. We had everything we needed for the stay, we did rent a car from them (awesome convenience) the second day! Loved circling around Paros in just one day - highly recommend it! It made the trip. Also - stargazing at the property was incredible. I will certainly book with them my next visit to the islands! Maggie was accessible via whatsapp - do note that this is a family, so respect their time! They were a joy - and Kostas drove us to the port!

Great place, location is out of town but lovely and quiet away from the hussle and bustle of Parakia. Kostas was great, picked us up from the port. Thanks for your hospitality, would love to return one day

The location of the property overlooking the bay is stunning. The hosts are very welcoming and great communication. For 2 days it was adequate for our family but for longer, it wouldn't work well for four including 2 teenagers. Having a hire car for 24 hrs and using it to return to the port (the hosts offered to transport luggage) made a difference to the lengthy walk to and from town in high season.

By far the best accomodation of our 2 months in Europe. The property is beautiful with the most breathtaking views. I also cannot be more grateful and impressed by the owners who go more than above and beyond and made our stay so amazing!! Beach, shops and restaurants are less than a 10 minute walk. Cannot recommend this place enough, it is absolutely amazing!!
