About this apartment rental

Quiet Location with secure parking just 600 meters by road from Livadia beach, on the hillside overlooking Paroikia (Parikia) bay. Easily accessible with panoramic views of Paros and the Aegean sea. 1.5 Km from the (Parikia) Port of Paros.
Apartment has 1 Bedroom with 1 Queen size bed, a closet and desk/vanity. The Living /Dining room offers a table for four and a couch that hides 2 twin beds. A well equipped Kitchenette Allows for basic meal preparation. The unit has 1 bathroom. Space inside is about 32 sq m (344 sq ft). There is plenty of space outside in balconies and patios about 70 sq m (752 sq ft) overlooking the Aegean Sea and the Port of Paroikia (Parikia). Balconies are equipped with furniture for dining and relaxing.
Besides private space, yard and rooftop terrace are for guests use.

Nice apartment, 20 minutes walk from the main ferry terminal. There is a small kitchenette with a stovetop and necessary kitchen utensils plus some seasonings and olive oil for cooking. The hosts were quick to respond when needed and they made sure we were comfortable. The aesthetic inside the unit is very cute and matches the description of the unit perfectly.
