Very good and central location, I had everyhing I needed in the studio, and everything worked except the kettle. Very good wi-fi, hot water, clean, good bed with good and warm blankets.
I could not find the "reception", which turned out to be his private room in the building. I walked around the building twice to look for it. Then when I finally met Mike I told him about it, and he pointed to a tiny little sign on his own studio, it was about 2 x 5 cm big, and I could barely see it from the road, and I could definately not read it from the road. So a sign about 10 x 20 cm would be much better visible and easily read from the road. The building is easily found, a big sign on top of it. But the reception was not easy to find.

The position is perfect for bus or ferry ⛴️ travel. right in the port and 2 minutes from and to the ferries. buses (also to the airport) right beside the ferry terminal.
It was very quiet. The room has its own Entrance from the backyard in the ground floor.
The Internet is stable and fast.
The Owner ist Mikes son, Mike was the founder and owner of the place. He is very friendly and informs the guests about everything you can find on the island of Paros. From food to coffee places and other villages with their history, he is a living book.
Very small room, somehow a little neglected and rundown.. and not too clean we must say.
towels quite old and the blankets have seen (many) better days.
No warm water after the first day. Water pressure is a bit adventurous .. We took our shower in Athens after we arrived.
The bathroom is a bit small and dark. No windows in the room apart of the little blind door window.
So if you want to see the sky you need to go out.
The price even for the low season was quite high, we had modern, classy and huge appartments on other islands before for nearly half the price..

The location is perfect when arriving with the ferry! The host ist really kind and helpful!
It is really quiet and you have a comfortable bed.
Good for a short stay. The bus station is also really close and shops and restaurant too.
The bed wasnt completely clean.
There werde some things like salt, pepper and oil missing to use the small kitchen, but the host made sure I get it after I asked for it!

Manos, the host was fantastic! He made sure you felt relaxed from the time you arrived. Very kind and friendly.
The room was Fantastic - coffee machine, kettle for tea, very clean, bed very comfy, and an amazing view of the Port of Paros.
Cannot fault a single thing! A piece of paradise on earth is perfect. No complaints!
