About this apartment rental
Located in Parikia, the main port of the island of Paros.
The studio is made up of a room with a sleeping area: 1 very large double bed (King Size: 200x200).
The studio has:
- a kitchenette: with sink, refrigerator, hotplates, kettle, coffee maker, crockery, kitchen utensils, toaster, table and chairs.
- a balcony with table, chairs,
- a complete bathroom (shower, sink, toilet, hairdryer),
- reversible air conditioning, - WiFi.

The studio is located in a Cycladic house that we renovated with its own private entrance.
Olympian-apartments (name of our house - https://olympian-apartments.com) is nestled at the end of a dead end street, in a quiet residential area, with jasmines and bougainvillea, and will offer you an ideal environment for you rest and immerse yourself in the true atmosphere of a Greek holiday: neighborhood of local residents.
Our house is made up of 4 studios and 3 apartments (one of which we live in part of the year); each is independent and therefore has its own private access.
We provide household linen (sheets, bath towels and tea towels).

Located 300 meters from Livadia beach and 200 meters from the historic center of Parikia and its labyrinth of streets. Accessible directly from the park of the Panaghia Katapoliani basilica.
Only 150 meters away; the fishing port and its numerous taverns which offer fresh fish and tasty traditional dishes. It is also from the port that the caiques leave every morning for the beaches of the island.
