About this apartment rental
On the 1st floor (upstairs),
Charming Studio up to two guests, with kitchenette, area, bathroom and balcony.
It is composed of a night area:
- A very large double bed (King size 200x200)
It has a kitchenette area with:
- sink,
- fridge,
- cooking plate,
- dishes and kitchen utensils,
- Kettle, toaster, coffee maker,
- indoor table and chairs.
A private bathroom (sink, shower, toilet, hairdryer),
A balcony (with table and chairs, parasol, drying rack),
Reversible air conditioning,
And secure WiFi.

Additional information :
The studio is located in a Cycladic house that we renovated with its private entrance.
The balcony faces southwest and partly overlooks a small orange and lemon grove (no street/road).
It is equipped with a table with chairs and parasol to enjoy it every hour!.
Olympian-apartments (name of our house -https://olympian-apartments.com) is nestled at the end of a dead end street, in a quiet residential area, with jasmines and bougainvillea, and will offer you an ideal environment to relax and immerse yourself in the true atmosphere of a Greek holiday : neighborhood of local inhabitants.
Our house is made up of 4 studios and 3 apartments (one of which we live in for part of the year); each is independent and therefore has its own private access.
We provide household linen (sheets, bath towels and tea towels).

Located 300 meters from Livadia beach and 200 meters from the historic center of Parikia and its labyrinth of streets. Accessible directly from the park of the Panaghia Katapoliani basilica.
Only 150 meters away; the fishing port and its numerous taverns which offer fresh fish and tasty traditional dishes. It is also from the port that the caiques leave every morning for the beaches of the island.
