Parc Wartha is a one-bedroomed apartment in the heart of Mullion village. Part of a traditional house, some of which dates back to the 1600s. Parc Wartha is cosy and characterful with exposed beams and stonework and a wood-burning stove. The east-facing balcony provides an opportunity to have a leisurely breakfast in the sunshine whilst the days activities are planned. The convenient location provides an ideal base from which to explore the beautiful surrounding area on foot. The magnificent coastline is within easy walking distance, revealing unspoilt fishing villages and secluded coves. The Helford River, spectacular Kynance Cove, Cadgwith Cove and Lizard (Britain's most southerly point) are all a short drive away. Further afield but still within easy reach are popular destinations such as St Ives, St Michael's Mount, the Eden Project, the Lost Gardens of Heligan, and the Minack Theatre.

Meryn and Gabriel are wonderful hosts!!!The apartment was charming, spotlessly clean well equipped, left nothing to be wished for and, very important within close walking distance to the two village pubs where it was so easy to get in touch with the locals!!! We loved staying in Merryn and Gabe's cozy cottage apartment in Mullion. They are sweet, kind and helpful. The cottage is in the center of Mullion, close to pubs and small grocery stores, and Mullion has beautiful coastal walks and bays right outside of town. It is also a good place from which to make day trips to other places of interest both east and west. I highly recommend this as a wonderful place to stay and am grateful to our lovely hosts.

Loved the 'cottage feel', and it has everything you need as regards amenities & comfort. Beautiful walks up and down the coast, and Spar / Coop / Post Office / Boots / Fish & Chips / pubs with nice food all v. close. The Halzephron Inn is recommended (a nice walk along the coast). (Entrance steps are a little steep: if a concern to you, coordinate your arrival/departure times with the lovely owners.) Highly recommended!

The apartment was part of the owners house and accessed via external staircase all as described and located in the centre of the Mullion village. There was a welcome Cornish scone cream tea on arrival and parking was secure in the private courtyard. highly commended!

Great reception with CreamTea and lovely hosts. We were allowed to spend wonderful 14 days in a wonderful accomodation. It´s a perfect and comfortable Basecamp to hike the SouthwestCcoastpath from Porthleven to Porthousestock. Excursions to St.Ives, Land´s End and Mount St. Michael are perfect to reach.

Lovely relaxing few days in this wonderful cottage apartment. Ideal for a couple, kitchen had everything we needed, bed was very comfortable and although it was mid March we sat out on the balcony for late breakfast. The cosy apartment / cottage is in the centre of Mullion where you have the choice of two pubs 2 mins walk away 2 shops Spar & Co-op again 3mins walk The apartment is open plan with a little kitchen with oven & hob microwave ample to prepare a meal if required The lounge area has a lovely log burner if required and comfortable sofa to relax and watch TV There is a bathroom with shower over the bath wash hand basin & toilet Nice size bedroom with very large comfortable bed The apartment is probably 10-15 mins walk out of the village to the spectacular coastline where you can enjoy many walks Would certainly recommend the accommodation and would hope to return again it's a great place to visit The hosts are very friendly and made our stay very enjoyable and the apartment is dog friendly Throughly enjoyable stay Many thanks

The property had stairs that was quite dangerous,very steep and not great hand rail,we are only mid fifties,bit still stuggles with the depth of the stairs to the property,hosts not very hospitable at all,was away when we arrived and was told to let ourselves in,then never came to introduce themselves,and we felt not very welcomed,so we wouldn't recommend this holiday home to anyone.i had constant allergies while there,only to discover that behide the bed was thick with dust.will not be returning to this holiday home

We had a great stay. We are both fit 70 yr olds but I imagine some people might struggle with the steep outside staircase. But if you can manage it it’s very well worth staying here. The owners make fab curry too. The apartment has everything you need for a relaxed stay. The owners kind and helpful. The welcoming cream tea was lovely start to a great stay. Location excellent.

We will definitely be returning. So many lovely coastal walks with beautiful coves for swimming. There really is no need to drive anywhere else as you have everything you need right there on the Lizard Peninsula. Mullion has good places to eat out; the Polurrian Hotel is delightful with excellent views. The hosts Cornish Curry Company makes the best curries I've ever had and they are so inexpensive! You must try them. The pubs have deliciously potent Cornish cider and live music 🎶 . I think this has been our most relaxing holiday ever. It was peaceful and pretty with a truly comfortable bed.
