Perfect base to explore Venezia

Lovely apartment. Perfect for quick trip to Venice with a nice patio. The bus stop is 5 mins walk, and journey takes around 30 mins to main bus station in Venezia. We never checked time table, but the bus was there everytime. Tickets are sold in magazine stall/shop on the way or CC can be tapped in and ouy, its 1.5€ each way.. Very nice hosts Toni and his wife. He is the main contact and super responsive. Gifted us lovely bottle of wine. Booked taxi for us, helped with any question. Few grocery stores in the area within 1km. Would come again.

The rain first couple of days of our trip 😅 I would pay few euro extra for coffee in the apartment and milk. But Cafe Bar is about 3 mins down the street..

Venice Marathon Visit

The extremely kind,attentive,and honest 3 generational host family are a pleasure to be around. Toni was the point of contact on arrival,making sure he was available to welcome me at the pre-arranged time.(But not quite the pre-arranged place,as I was ringing the neighbour's doorbell!!!)Having made a long journey to get there,and this being my first visit to Venice,I really appreciated that faithfulness. Toni speaks fluent English,amongst other languages,which was a great help to me,who knows very little Italian (Although by the end of my stay,encouraged and taught by the Nonna of the family,I was able to go out for dinner and speak only Italian....Bravo!!!) The property is entirely comfortable,beautifully maintained,and secure at all times.....The family obviously lavish as much love on it as if it were their own home. The private garden for guests is a bonus. Super location;a quite residential area of Venice,yet a short bus or tram ride away from the traditional tourist attractions. Carpenedo has everything you could need,to the point that you could spend your entire holiday there and not feel short changed.A great way to experience authentic,everyday life. The award winning Pasticceria Potteno is just around the corner,well worth a visit.....Or ten! Bullet points on the property which are already covered in the ratings,but to make clear: *Bed very comfortable; *Shower works perfectly; *Kitchen/ cooking facilities lacking nothing; *Location of property perfect. *Easy journey to/from Marco Polo Airport. Casa di Joy is certainly well named!!

The host was kind and made us feel really comfortable. The room has all type of utensils , nothing was missing. It was clean and in a calm area.

The house was clean and tidy.

The check in was nice and smooth with a young lady she was very warm welcoming us. The apartment is managed by a family, unfortunately a particular woman was very rude and had a very bad attitude. As we were getting ready to leave, we had been cleaning and organizing and had accidentally left the patio door open, the air conditioning was running. This woman began knocking and shouting at the Patio backdoor. She was extremely rude and invasive. After that I apologized for the patio door been left open. At last day we had tided the apartment to make it easier for the host to clean following our departure. We had set out the washing machine to clean the carpets from the toilet, however this woman again called our attention just when we were leaving the place because she said the mode set in washing was not the appropriated one.

Un departamento precioso, la ubicación es alejada del centro pero es un sitio muy lindo, tranquilo y seguro. A 5' caminando tenés un bus que te deja en Venecia y ese mismo bus para volverte, súper práctico. Hay restaurantes, cafetería y supermercado a los alrededores. Lo mejor de todo fue la amabilidad y gentileza de Toni, el dueño. En verdad un lugar 100% recomendado

Appartement confortable bon emplacement pour bus vers Venise

Appartement bien equipé et confortable, une terrasse disponible.. Le bus n°2 pour se rendre à Venise est proche de l'appartement ainsi que le kiosque,pour acheter le pass bus +vaporeto

Beaucoup de moustiques prendre les produits necessaires car pas de mousticaire dans la chambre ni dans la salle d'eau

Zawiedliśmy się

Lokalizacja bardzo dobra blisko do Wenecji, jeden autobus, blisko przystanek od miejsca pobytu.

Niestety ale bardzo się zawiedliśmy na początku parkingiem jest miejski, a nie ogrodzony i prywatny, więc jeśli nie byłoby na nim miejsca to nie mielibyśmy gdzie zaparkować, na szczęście nie mieliśmy takiej sytuacji. Następnie weszliśmy do środka apartament wyglądał inaczej niż na zdjęciach ale największym minusem jest fakt że w domu są karaluchy widziałam 2 biegające po podłodze, byliśmy przerażeni. Czystość pokoju też zostawiła wiele do życzenia Jeśli chodzi o właściciela to wydawał się miły natomiast miałam z nim kontakt tylko przez booking, klucze zostawiła nam jego żona miła i pomocna, natomiast Pani mieszkająca nad nami znająca właściciela miła ale natrętna, miedzy innymi zwróciła nam uwagę że wybraliśmy za długi program prania w pralce (pralka jest w udogodnieniach).

Foarte curat, liniștit, beneficiază de toate utilitățile și este aproape de autobuzul care merge spre Veneția. Gazdă este foarte amabilă și înțelegătoare.

Sper să revenim!

Locația, aflată aproape de supermarket, restaurante, pizzerie, cafenele, statie de transport in comun care face legătura direct cu Veneția. Interacțiunea cu gazdele a fost foarte buna și de ajutor. Mulțumim Tony și Joy pentru organizarea și participarea la evenimentul sărbătorit de familia mea.

Una bella casetta gestita da belle persone

Proprietari gentilissimi e super disponibili. Durante il nostro soggiorno ci hanno offerto una torta salata, dei dolci e perfino una bottiglia di vino. La casa è molto carina, pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari. Super consigliata!

Понравилось абсолютно всё. Чисто, комфортно, удобное расположение. Тихое уютное место для семейного отдыха. Остановка автобуса на Венецию 2 маршрут в 2 минутах от места проживания. Супермаркет в 6 минутах. Шикарная пиццерия в 7 минутах , где более 50 !!! видов разных пиц. Приветливый, доброжелательный и отзывчивый управляющий Тони, который помог вызвать такси в аэропорт. Апартаменты очень чистые, свежий ремонт, в наличии все душевые принадлежности, на кухне все столовые принадлежности. Есть собственный выход во внутренний дворик где столик с зонтом и 4 кресла.

Уверен что такого нет. Понравилось всё.

Gazda primitoare, de ajutor și foarte politicoasă. Apartamentul este foarte curat și dotat cu tot ce este nevoie pentru un sejur reușit. Zona de dispunere este foarte liniștită este situat aproape de stația de autobuz direct către Veneția. Parcare gratuită pentru autoturisme, în apropiere. În zonă sunt magazine și restaurante ușor accesibile.
