You get what you pay for.

There was a hole in the bathroom that was poorly fixed. Cold air was pouring out constantly. The room was cold the entire trip. The room next door was playing guitar for hours. They finally stopped to have loud sex. There were two small pillows.

Never staying there again.

The room was not clean, there was hair on the floor and spots on the bedspread. I didn't put anything on the top of the bed and double checked the sheets before I slept. Only three lights in the room, two in the bathroom. I had to ask for a bedside lamp to read at night. I had to fix the faucet handle with the tools I brought with me. I cleaned every surface that I put things on.

The room was dirty, it was out dated, smelt off and the staff less than pleasant to deal with. I felt like I was bothering them by checking in when I had a reservation.

A modest little room with all the basics; good bathroom.

There was aa terrible noise from some kind of air conditioner or heater or something that went off and on all night. Terrible grinding sound. Extremely hard to sleep.

Wont ever stay there again

The tv was ok when it was working

No breakfast, stained towels, dirty floor, low water pressure, clogged sink, tv worked half the time, no coffee pot, the people that live there are inconsiderate and loud drunks, tiny tiny area for parking, heater/ac is loud and ancient, run down crap hole thats too expensive

Everything: from the stained sheets to the stained towels even the walls this place is disgusting and we definitely only stayed bec it was the only place at 11pm

I have stayed at this inn four times. Only once did I have a television that worked. I have mentioned it to the facility staff, but nothing has changed. During booking, I requested on-site parking. This request was approved, however, the parking spots and other areas were all filled with other cars, work trucks, trailers, etc. I could not park near my room even to unload my luggage. I have a valuable vehicle and items that can not be left out on the city streets overnight. I need immediate access to my vehicle at all times.

located in an area that is mostly quiet

the Wi-Fi service was intermittent and slow. the television service was intermittently interrupted and the staff didn’t communicate that there were renovations or other inconveniences. there was an old adage that became a Mantra while I tried to collect my thoughts and find peace, it is “you get what you pay for.”

It was a bad experience!

We didn't like anything. The place did not look like it did on the internet. There were people standing outside like they were selling drugs. It was very uncomfortable and scary. In the room when we pulled back the covers from the bed, you can feel sand on the sheets like they were never changed. We could hardly wait to get up and get out of there quick. Bad experience!

Close to down town and grocery options, walking distance to great restaurants and entertainment. Right next door to a holistic organic grocery with coffee, smoothies and local foods. Great location, best location of all motels

Never aagain

Not a thing

When we went to check in we were told that they did not have a room for us. Someone decided to stay extra nights and they forfeited our reservation. We had to find a place last second driving around Willits at 8 pm. Turned our budget from $300 to $500 for staying the weekend.

Some odor in the room wasn't bad, but not refreshing either. The English language voice mail wasn't clear. Atext message or email would have been better.

Usually stay here once a year for a work trip in September decent place to lay your head at night but nothing fancy

A little bit of trash left in the room and a couple of cosmetic flaws with the room but the place is slowly being remodeled so I will not hold it against them.

I reserved a king smoking room, none available (?) didn’t feel like it was safe or clean. there were clothes in dresser, mismatched odd bedspreads - miscellaneous chairs, tables. no phone in the room

Had we paid any more for the room, we'd have had justification to complain.

There wasn't any breakfast. Room was surprisingly small, but fortunately, it was just two of us.

The tv was so complicated to get boring that we didn't't even get to use it the first night. Staff was not necessarily rude, but certainly didn't go out of their way to be friendly or welcoming. I think they said a total of five words to us over the course of two days.
