Good sleepover without the bells with whistles

Nice older motel along the old Redwood Highway. Outside looks fairly new. Knotty pine interior spoke to an earlier time, but was an enjoyable feature. Had the best night's sleep on our trip north...good bed. Basic motel, nothing fancy, not a Motel 6, maybe a Motel 5, but you're getting a low rate. Staff at office was cheerful. Close to town. If you're tired and need to stop in Willits for the night, the Pine Cone works.

Could use a bathroom facelift.

This was the cleanest, nicest, hotel I've stayed at in years! The staff was super friendly and sweet

I absolutely loved the bed! The bedding they use made me feel like I was in my own bed at home. Soft sheets, perfect pillows, and a gorgeous quilt comforter. I haven't slept that good or that much in a long time!

Relaxing and clean.

We were on bikes. I ask for a towel to wipe my bike down. He offered and gave me the towel and let me use windex. He was so friendly and accommodating. The motel was very clean.

The Positive Reviews were Right!

It was super clean, comfortable, quiet, and felt very safe. The property, though older, is very well taken care of inside and out. Although the interior style is a bit dated, the wood paneling gives it a homey cabin vibe. The owners are a very nice family. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

The basics were well covered and more than adequate. I did not need or want “luxuries”.

I especially requested good WiFi reception. This made all the difference. The heat/ac responded quickly. I felt that my automobile was safe. The gentleman with whom we registered and his son were polite and efficient. The television worked well. The location was convenient

Superb

The owners are very kind. The rooms are very clean and simple. Bedding is brand new and soft. Floors are updated and not carpet. It felt very safe there. It is nice to stay at a hotel that is not a chain and that you can see the owners are updating and taking care of it. Would stay again. Thank you!!

The 2 room set up was nice and location was nice

Needs to be cleaned big time. Towels were not even white colored anymore. Freezer was so frozen over could not even use it. Deadbolt lock was 2 baby screws into trim board, very weak. Overall, the place just needs some love and attention.
