That they allow dogs and gave a little treat extra! I did like the room, everything you needed, but the refrigerator wasn’t turned on, and I put my stuff in there and it wasn’t cold the next morning. I just assumed it was.

What I mentioned above and it would’ve been nice to have healthier bread options at the breakfast area.

Cozy hotel

Very good size room. Clean and comfortable. I especially like they put one table and two chairs in the room, makes my stay more convenient! Outdoor hot tub is a plus!

The quietness of the place and how clean it was. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The continental breakfast could be more complete. Also the heater in the room was very noisy that needs el be replaced with a quite one.

It was a very basic motel but the site had a pool though we were not there to swim . It had a lovely fountain as well. It was a needed stop from out drive from Portland. Breakfast was more carbs than anything but it worked ok for us.

An enjoyable stay

Willits is a pleasant town, and Creekside Inn is set back a bit on the main street, aka the Old Redwood Highway. Because traffic on Highway 101 bypasses the town, Main St. is quiet. It's a 3-minute drive or 20-minute walk to downtown, with its cafes, restaurants (our favorite was Szechuan Asian. The Inn is built around a courtyard -- rooms have a courtyard view -- which makes for a nice quiet refuge. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are fair-sized and well furnished, and the beds are very comfortable. When I booked (two rooms, two couples), I failed to mention that one member of the party was disabled at the time with limited mobility. The hotel had initially reserved two adjoining rooms on the second (upper) floor. There is no elevator, so that would have been a problem. Fortunately, there was a ground-floor room specifically designed for disabled access and use, with an ADA-compliant bathroom, which the staff reserved specifically for those needs. They quickly reassigned us to that room and the second-floor room immediately above. So helpful!

Beautiful, restful stay in a great location with attentive staff.

It was a beautiful property with lots of care taken on the trees, flowers and landscaping. It was peaceful and a nice break from the road. The laundry was outstanding and clean. Ice and breakfast were good and convenient. Staff handled a problem with kindness and dignity.

Rooms were nice size and comfy bed. The courtyard was lovely with fountains. Quiet small motel with good rate.

Total gem!

What a little gem. Staff so great, tons of suggestions for things to do in the area, restaurant recommendations. Room super clean, bed was amazingly comfortable. Couldn’t feel each other move during the night. Very quiet. No noise from neighbors. Highly recommend! Not super fancy, but perfect for a night or two.

My room was quiet even though it was on a major highway, no concerns, a very cute little place.

The hot tub wasn’t set up but it was out of season. The lady said she would turn on the jets but the pool filter came on instead and the spa stayed cold. There were signs giving hours of the pool and spa that were not accurate.

Everything worked well and was comfortable. Enjoyed the hot tub, which was a nice temperature. The owners were nice and asked what we thought of the new coffee they were using sourced locally.

Not My Favorite Place to Stay

Friendly, helpful staff, clean room, everything worked. Breakfast not until 8am- I skipped.

Very close to main four lane road leads to road noise, Thin walls allow for neighbouring voices to carry. No "garden view"for the room I stayed in. Bed was not great.

The property was very clean good beds. The breakfast was a nice breakfast more than just a continental staff was very friendly and very accommodating. Definitely would stay here again.

Good choice for a short stay in Willits, and good value.

Conveniently located. Large and clean if basic room. Large Skunk Train photos in room give a sense of place. Inn served our purpose as a stopping point from the SF Bay area to the North Coast. Breakfast included with stay (yogurt, pancakes, cereal) was sufficient. Our dog had a grassy courtyard to sniff. Tray of granola bars in breakfast room was a nice touch.

Inn's rooms mostly either face the street or parking lot. Our room faced the street, and we could hear traffic noise clearly. Fortunately, there does not appear to be that much traffic through Willits so this was not a big issue for us. We could not find a good walking area for our pup right in the neighborhood. Breakfast offerings were a bit sparse, but typical of motels.

Great staff, comfortable room, we’ll be back again!!

The hotel was very convenient and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I was on my way home after major surgery and my husband and I were wanting to break up the 6 hr drive. I booked it for the wrong day on booking.com the manager helped cancel the reservation and gave us an even better deal on our room. When I needed more pillows, they were right on it! We will definitely stay here again!!

The staff were very helpful. The grounds are lovely with a sitting area near a fountain. The room and towels seemed an upgrade from some of the other places we have stayed on our roadtr

The only thing that would be helpful is to have a luggage cart. The rooms are accessed from a courtyard and the manager for the cart they use for laundry for us to get our suitcases to the room.
