I liked everything. The location on Willit's main drag is convenient to food, gas, and the 101 bypass.

Nothing. It was all good.

No outlets no clock no linens no ice bucket no tissues Managers have no pride in property. Things like hooks in the bathroom that are not expensive but make a difference not there. Really sad!

The fridge was larger than a standard mini-fridge, which came in handy for all of our drinks and leftovers. The separate rooms were also nice.

Although you can call for whatever you need, it would be more convenient if they left more towels & toilet paper. For four of us, they only left 2 bath towels and 1 roll of toilet paper for 2 nights. Someone else complained about the hotel being stingy with their towels, and the owner or manager responded that it's easy to just call for "extra towels". They're not extra if you started with a shortage. Anyway, we asked for more towels, but they still didn't give any hand towels. The next morning, they asked if we needed more towels, even though we left our used towels outside as they requested. My husband was about to take them, then the lady said but ONLY if you REALLY need them! He also rang their front doorbell twice (before 9:00am) but no one answered. They were also stingy with the coffee. Yes, you can call for more, but all together, it just leaves a bad impression, like you're not really welcomed. The beds were too bouncy, so if you're sharing a bed, you'll move every time they move. The walls and bathroom door need repairs, and one of the bedside lights flickered if the wire moved, which needs to be remounted to the wall. On our last day, they called before check-out time to ask if we were staying up until check-out time. We were packing up well before check-out time, so we felt rushed. We've stayed at many hotels/motels over the years and no one has ever called to ask if we're staying until check out time. Management needs to learn how to make guests feel welcome and not rush us out before 11:00 am. Just leave your expectations very low, and this place could be ok for you. We need to go back to the area for work but won't book this place again.

The location was beautiful and the people were so nice.
