Uppuveli is wat prijziger dan de rest van Sri Lanka. Dit appartement ligt vlak bij het strand aan een straat met verschillende, gezellige restaurantjes. In de nacht is het er stil. In de ochtend hoor je de bakker door de straten rijden. Het is een eenvoudige kamer. De bedden lagen prima, de airco deed het goed en heel fijn dat er een koelkast was. Er is weinig ruimte om spullen op te bergen, maar we waren toch voornamelijk op het strand. Er was een fijne douche met een goede waterdruk. Wij mochten vroeg onze kamer in, we hadden een dag bijgeboekt op deze plek en moesten uit ons andere hotel. Heel flexibele en vriendelijk eigenaar!
In de badkamer waren de plankjes niet goed schoon, daar mag iets extra aandacht aan gegeven worden. Het beddengoed is wat verwassen en aan vervanging toe.

Close to fabulous restaurants, minutes walk to the beach and the aircon!!
The breakfast was delicious with fresh juices/lassis and eggs. We had a great stay
The bed could have used a topper - it was a little firm.

The property was excellent next to many services and close to the beach
There was a problem that forced us to cancel the night and leave early, which is that the electricity in the room was very weak and most of the lighting sources were not working properly and they were informed about it as soon as we arrived and they were aware of it and it was not repaired until the moment we left
