We stayed for 7 nights at Room 202 junior suite in early May. The room was spacious and comfortable with a jacuzzi! Breakfast buffet was scrumptious with string hoppers, sambar, pol sambol and delicious fruits! The pool was big enough for a swim and the nearby mangroves provided lush greenery. Hotel staff like Sri Maruyan were helpful and responsive. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly and will be back again!

The location and the view from the hotel is exceptional even though the entrance can attempt to pit you off. I have been to the adjoining Cinnamon Hotel and Amaranthe together with its staff would rank much better by miles. The staff starting from Sridaran, Mayuran, Roshan and Naresh have hospitality in their soul. The suites with the Jacuzzi are definitely the best in Trincomalee. We mostly ate in the room and the food was very good and they accommodate any variations you might add including breakfast in the room. Overall I would recommend this hotel even though it’s a short walk to the beech. Any whale or dolphin watching or pigeon island experiences, just tell Mayuran in the hotel and thy would arrange it with Wannam who was also very good.

We had a very pleasant relaxing stay at the Amaranthe Bay Resort. The room was very spacious and comfortable with exceptional views across the lagoon. The swimming pool area was very pleasant as was the spa. The breakfasts were tasty and plentiful with a good selection. The staff were always very friendly and helpful

As we are 3 person to checkin，I asked whether it is suit for 3 adults to checkin，the answer is ：Yes. But when we checkin，they need us to pay extra money to 3 adults…. And our reservation is included breakfast，but we paid extra money for everyday breakfast.
