Casa Moon Trincomalee Beach House

We had an amazing stay in Trincomalee! Stefan and his wife were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. They made us feel at home from the very beginning. Stefan went above and beyond to make our stay special. He even gave us a cooking class, where we learned how to prepare some local food, and a DJ class, which was such a fun and unexpected experience! We really appreciated their hospitality and the effort they put into making our stay memorable. We would absolutely recommend staying here and would be happy to come back!

Steffan and Divya owns this property and manages it along with their friend. They are one of the most welcoming hosts we have ever met (and we travel a lot within and outside country) They will go over and beyond to meet your expectations and accommodate your requests. We were planning to visit Pigeon Island. While our driver was making calls, Steffan arranged it in a minute and in a better rate. He was like, “yeah my friend will pick you up tomorrow morning” and done! They also hosted a roof-top party for the guests while we were there 😁 He is a great DJ as well! Super cool and friendly people to be around! Great location : The property is not located on the beach but a 2min walk to Upuvelli beach and Fernando’s. All eateries and shops are in less than 500m radius from the property. So you get to enjoy the place but avoid chaos or loud music. The room was clean and comfortable with clean bathroom and common corridor in front and back as well. The cloth drying rack was super helpful after spending time on the beach - a basic amenity but missing in many other properties. The common sitting area is great to chill and chat with Stefan and other co-guests. Special shoutout to Randy! (You need to visit to know who he is 😉) Overall its a great place to stay in Upuvelli. Can’t recommend enough!

This is exactly what you look for in a property. Cool owners; superb arrangements for having fun and never making the stay dull. The owners Stefan and Divya - are always happy to meet our demands- and we demanded an amazing roof party and damn! What a night it was. Stay here if you really want to mix fun and madness with amazing trincomalee. Going here very soon. 🤩😍

Nous avons séjournés dans cet établissement mais les notes ne reflètent pas vraiment l'expérience que nous avons vécu. Nous arrivons et la chambre n'est pas décrite comme sur l'annonce. Elle est quand même propre et climatisée. Il y a eu du bruit tôt le matin 2 jours sur les 3 que nous sommes restés. Et des coupures de courants régulières pendant une soirée. Lorsque nous le déclarons à la gérante, elle nous dit qu'ils font des travaux et que ça ne va pas durer. La prochaine fois, prévenez peut être. Il n'y avait aucun service de restauration, ni bar, ni petit déjeuner. Comme le laisse supposer les photos. Les gérants ont accepté de nous faire un prix (2000 roupies) lors du check out parce que la suite junior se résumait à une chambre lit double puisque y a pas de porte pour que la suite soit privée et la cuisine était un évier avec des détritus par terre. La localisation est très bien à 5 min à pieds de la plage.
