Sunny Promenade Studio

The apartment is small, but very well designed and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. One of its biggest advantages is the truly spacious bed, which provides excellent comfort for two people. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, but thanks to windows on both sides, it is also easy to create a pleasant cross-breeze and naturally ventilate the space. The view from the main window is beautiful and was one of the highlights of the stay. I also appreciated the mosquito screens, which I only noticed after a few days but proved to be a very thoughtful addition. The shower is large and comfortable, and despite being close to the street, the apartment remains quiet thanks to the peaceful courtyard on the other side. The hosts were exceptionally kind, proactive, and flexible throughout our stay. Communication was excellent, and they were always willing to help and accommodate any requests, which made us feel very welcome. The hosts have clearly paid attention to guest comfort. There were plenty of towels, extra blankets, and a hair dryer available, making the stay even more convenient. Overall, it is a cozy, well-organized apartment with a beautiful view and everything needed for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

There was nothing that significantly affected our stay, but there are a few things that could be improved or are worth being aware of. The toilet seat was not properly secured, which made it somewhat uncomfortable to use. The inside of the refrigerator could also have been cleaner; there were some marks that I hope were simply stains and not mold. It is also worth noting that the windows near the bed face the main street. While this was not a major issue for us, the area can be quite noisy in the evenings and at night, which may be bothersome for light sleepers. Overall, these were relatively minor issues and did not outweigh the many positive aspects of the apartment.

Good location. Quiet and dark at night. Lovely view out the window. Cozy studio and just enough space for the us and our child, with our bags. Comfortable bed. Suitably equipped kitchen - although we didn’t cook meals. Note: Several stairs to get up to the studio and in a building with other apartments. Photo shows gate into apartment building.

Could hear people in the upstairs apartment walking around at night.
