Location and view out the window was better than anticipated

The location cannot be beat, open the window to view the bay was incredible

Location was great

No WiFi which is not advised and really not acceptable these days. No hot water for some hours and had to climb a ladder (not my responsibility and dangerous) to find tap to turn on hot water. There is also a electric switch for boiler not marked and easily turned off by mistake. Power outlets do not take standard EU plug and had to use adapter. Lighting in the stairs is terrible and not safe. There is no switch to turn on stairs lights (it is dark even in the day near the apartment door. Only high up a few steps up is a switch and not marked. Guest is required to dispose of rubbish which should be part of cleaning. Location is fabulous.

Great spot/location to be for Portofino. The room had most of everything you would need for a short stay.

It was very hot and humid inside with just one window for air. The fan and dehumidifier they had on hand also did not work. So it was easy to sweat the whole night especially with it being August.

The location is exceptionally, beautiful views! Quirky & comfortable apartment.

It was no problem for my partner and me but some people might struggle carrying their luggage upstairs.

It wasn’t very clean in the kitchenette area and the sitting area. Warm shower the first day and cold showers the next two days. Extremely dated furniture that wasn’t very stable ; yet, I liked the authentic vibe of the place… I would stay again but not my husband

ok room, beautiful view…wouldn’t stay there again!

location ONCE we found it and we’re able to get in! the store neighbors who were able to contact the person responsible to get us in the room!

all the paperwork required. not being able to find it and almost no one knowing where it was. never received code for keys, not told that the code only opened lock box containing keys no coffee and TWO blow dryers that I couldn’t plug is, so useless!

Great view/location, charming appartment, well decorated.

- The administration was a disaster: we arrived at the time we have indicated for the arrival. The house number on the reservation doesn't exist, was a complete different ones, we had to call several times to get someone to tell us the correct adress. We have been told someone would meet us in front, but that was not the case. Took us an hour to be able to find the adress and the hidden keys... And the person on the phone told us parking was 15 EUR a day, it was more than the double. - Appartment is not clean; bathroom, kitchen, dishes. Cleaning fee is 80 EUR for 2 days, should equal 4 hrs of cleaning. I estimate the cleaning done was 1-2 hrs. Need a deep clean. - Basics are missing. At that price, we would expect the following: dish soap, dish towel, sugar, oil, salt and pepper.

Great location in Portofino. Right By the Main plaza where all the restaurants are. All the basics of the place work well: hot water, heating, etc..

It is way too expensive for the quality of the place. With that price, one would expect better amenities. The place is one-space, it was not 100% clean (specially the bathroom), there is almost no kitchen and there was no wifi. I would have rated it much better if the price was proportional to quality.

I loved the house and the hosts were very friendly and helpful! We appreciate everything they did for us and made our stay ever better, we will be returning!

Ottima location a due passi dal porticciolo

Posizione ottima, pulizia buona, servizi buoni. Comfort del letto buono. Un appartamento che ha una view spettacolare, apri la finestra e sei direttamente sulla piazzetta. Alba e tramonto sono lì a portata di balcone.

Qualcosa lo migliorerei, la doccia andrebbe risistemata, la cucina con il piano ad induzione con lo sfogo dell’aria praticamente quasi attaccato al frigo non è il massimo e gli darei una svecchiata generale.
