A great stay!

I had no cell phone, but my host went out of her way to meet me, help me with my bags and let me in around 8.p.m. all of which I really appreciated; also giving me a lot of information and making sure I was comfortable The location was really great and was a great surprise...easy 1 minute walk to everything

It would have been good to have access to an English-speaking channel on TV ....not an issue, but would have been a nice option. Great space for a single or a couple and child, but might be a bit crowded for four adults. Just for info: I am a senior, and don't have mobility problems, but for those who do, Portofino is not always easy walking....cobbled/uneven surfaces, steep slopes and steps.....part of its charm, but could be a problem for those with mobility issues.

Very cute apartment with the best location in Portofino

Very cute apartment. The best location in Portofino, 3 minutes from the bus stop. Fully equipped kitchen and spacious bathroom. The host Elena is very friendly and welcoming.

Perfect !!!

The location was perfect, just a few metres walk from restaurants etc, Civico 3 was spotlessly clean and well equipped , the weather was a little chillly but the automatic heating made the place really comfortable , Elena , who met me at the property was reallly kind and helpful , Portofino itself was stunning , in short my few days there were really enjoyable !!!

Fantastic apartment in the centre of Portofino

The apartment was even better than expected. The location, the size of the apartment, the amenities. The towels were so fluffy and smelled fantastic.

It was hot for June - 26 degrees celcius during the night - but the fan over the bed worked for us. We would definitely stay in this apartment again.

This is a beautiful part of Italy, very vibrant with lots to do. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Fabulous location. The property was very clean and roomy. Great bathroom and also a small kitchen plus a laundry which was great for us to cook a few meals. Good local bus transport to access nearby towns.

We were staying during a heatwave and the fans struggled. It didn't detract from the enjoyment during our stay but air-conditioning would have been the icing on the cake.

Very cute apartment in the heart of Portofino

Great apartment! Really, has everything what you need for a short stay. The location is awesome, 20 meters from the port, restaurants, shops… the beach is about 10 min walk. The only thing to be aware is the parking. It is about 200 m far and you will need to carry you luggage , all area is a historic walk in only. The apartment is studio type with a large bathroom, everything was spotless clean and functioning well. There is no AC, only 2 ceiling fans. It was enough to cool the air in May, not sure if it is enough during this hot summer. I would highly recommend to use this place . Elena was on site, waiting for us and gave us all the recommendations we needed. She communicates in English and responded fast to text messages. I gave 10 points to all !

great location. the property is small but perfect for a couple. The hosts were very kind and accommodating. would recommend and would stay here again.

Quaint little vacation spot close to everything. Newly decorated. Washer is great.

Very charming and quaint accommodations. Clean and newly decorated. Washer was very helpful. Nice shower.

Keyless entry would be more convenient. No air conditioner. Noisy restaurant below. Uncomfortable pillows. Written directions from the bus stop would be helpful as well.
