Sweet studio apartment in a perfect location right in the main square yet quiet.

The studio apartment was right in the heart of Portofino in the main square so beautifully positioned with a side view of the harbour. It was well stocked and had a king size bed and a single sofa bed. It was very clean and Walid was very helpful explaining how everything in the apartment worked and helping us with our suitcases going up and down the stairs. There was a washing machine and complimentary food and drinks including a bottle of Prosecco. The air conditioning was really effective so it was easy to sleep. Despite being in the main square, the apartment was quiet.

It was a long way up so you had to walk up a lot of steps. There were low beams so one side of the king size bed was difficult to access. There needed to be more than one adapter as the switches weren’t quite large enough for mobile chargers and the hairdryer plugs. A very sweet place though which we very much enjoyed staying in.

The bigger bed should be move where the smaller bed is so you don’t head your head getting in and out of bed. It is a bit challenging getting up in middle of night for bathroom. We never got internet running. It would be nice if it’s written down wifi and password. Overall loved the place🥰

The location and hospitality experience are great except for the stairs to the fifth floor.

I liked the location of the apartment, which is right across from the lagoon, the furnishings in the room, and the generous food toppings. The host's attitude was also very kind.

The big problems are: 1. They don't mention that the studio apartment is located on the 5th floor without an elevator 2. There is only one parking lot in Portofino and it is paid, there is no other parking, certainly not free parking. 3. The hosts have difficulty communicating in English. 4. The pictures on the website don't really reflect the appearance our room.

Absolutely glorious

Perfect location & very clean & tidy. We were on the very top floor in the eaves so just as well we’re both quite small 😝. Walid was very welcoming & helpful with luggage etc.

Great location , Unique loft apratment with low ceiling in certain areas. Many stairs.

Location in the main piazza is perfect. Room is very clean and host helpful.

There are 80 steep stairs to get to apartment and a third of the apartment is lower ceiling so you need to be fit to get into apartment and you need to be very careful when in some areas of the apartment

We enjoyed our stay in this cozy, well-equipped, perfectly located apartment.

Walid was a wonderful host and did everything he could to explain the apartment and to make our stay comfortable. We felt safe and secure in the apartment, and the location couldn't have been better. We appreciated the goodies left in the refrigerator as well as the extra blankets for the bed. The heat was easy to regulate and the kitchen was well equipped.

These are just suggestions - NOT complaints: --A a microwave in the kitchen --A wastebasket in the bathroom --Add the missing handrail in one section of the stairwell --A small shelf in the bathroom above the sink --A small table near the daybed for coffee or a drink --Hooks or other places to hang clothes

uncooperative staff , not nice to deal with at all

the property manager was uncooperative and non-responsive to any communication we tried to do and she charged us extra unexpected fees claiming that we passed the check in time and honestly there was nothing specified in Booking or in any email that there will be charges for the late check in moreover, the fact that the flat is in the 6th floor without elevator and no staff to help us was really disappointing for us as we had to carry our bags all to the top

Amazing location, very authentic

Very helpfull host made the stay even better. Room and bathroom is a little smaller that it looks on the pictures, but I guess that's almost always the case o no probs.
