The property was very secure and in a great location.
Bed was hard but people like different mattresses. Could have used a lamp on the living room

Convenient location. Walking distance to rail station. Clean. Suited our needs. Overall it was fine but very basic.
No amenities for example, a coffee pot/cafeteria to make coffee in the morning. We had to buy instant coffee. This is a basic necessity. Secondly, ONE roll of toilet paper for 3 people across a 4 night stay???? Only one rubbish bin (in kitchen) but none in bathroom or bedrooms. The single bed was reported as very uncomfortable—springs or lumpy. We ate all of our meals elsewhere but the utensils in the kitchen were very minimal. Actually we couldn’t have cooked meals here. The fridge didn’t have a bar in the door to place an upright milk jug. We had to lay our jug flat. (?) We couldn’t get the TV to work and there were no directions how so we watched our laptops instead . There were no instructions where to put the rubbish or recycling outside.
Finally, there was no phone number, email address or person to contact in the event of an emergency. Nothing. Luckily we didn’t experience any issues.

I (f50) stayed at this property with my daughter (23) and we felt very safe and comfortable. The property had everything we needed for our stay. It was the right location for us. We didn’t use public transport, just Uber, however, there is an allocated parking space for the apartment, within a gated area, which would also be very reassuring if we had of had a vehicle with us. The apartment was quiet and there was zero anti social behaviour - in fact we didn’t even see any other residents! I would definitely stay there again.
Possibly for some people, the 3 flights of stairs, may be a challenge.

We had a nice stay. The Apartment is a very good location and easy to arrive by Taxi, Car, Bus (100m until Station) or train (800m until the South Parkway Station).
Quite it was too. For us it was the best decision to book it.

Very clean and comfortable. Well-stocked with everything you would need
Only blinds on the window, no curtains, so the room got light very early. Nice towels provided but not bath sheet size, so a bit small.
However, I would recommend staying here and I would book it again.

This is the second time we have stayed in the apartment and it is a superb place to stay.
Excellent communication with the host. Lovely and clean, fresh towels ready.
It is fully stocked, everything you need is in the kitchen. Fab location (Chucky's takeaway is incredible).
Easy access in and out, and hardly any noise from the neighbours.
Would definitely stop there again. Excellent value for money.
The only slight quibble on the otherwise perfect apartment is the bed is too hard for me. Made better by bringing a mattress topper, but still too hard for me so I slept on the settee, which was surprisingly very comfortable to sleep on!
It didn't spoil our trip or stay, and was a bonus because I didn't have my husband snoring in my ear then!

Very clean and convinient place, close to Bus routes from Airport and into Liverpool City. Close to KFC and just a 10 minute walk to another food and shopping mall in Garston.

Closed residential complex.
There was no hot water. Sent a text message to host and for hours had no reply. Later got a message that problem would not be solved before we had left the property. We had to hire hotel rooms to get a shower. We contacted Booking.com and we were referred direct to host. Host promised to compensate us, partly refund us for inconvenience, never received a single penny back.

The apartment was lovely, fully equipped, highly decorated, and the closed parking was a bonus. The owner was very helpful and provided all information regarding codes, parking, and WiFi early.
We didn't cook during our stay, as we came up from Warwickshire for comic con. We found a fantastic take away called Chucky's.
The rooms were spacious, and we really enjoyed our stay.
The only quibble I had, and why I couldn't give it a 10/10 rating, was that the double bed in the main room was too hard.
My bad back could not cope with it, and I struggle to sleep on single beds, so I slept on the settee. My husband found the double bed too hard but managed to sleep on it.
All in all, it didn't ruin our stay, but it wasn't ideal as we had to sleep separately. Some people may prefer hard beds, but if you don't, you may find it too uncomfortable.

It was a great location with secure parking. It was a little awkward to have to use the key code each time to enter the property, at least for the first few times as I had to keep looking at my phone, but it was only a minor inconvenience compared to the pros of the property.

It was just OK, parking was fine
Only one tissue roll was provided for 3 people. It was too expensive for the services or amneties provided. It was not mentioned 3rd floor without lift. Used soap and bodywash was provided.
Over all a very basic accommodation but overcharged.

it was warm enough
It was very dirty, stains on the sheets, there was sweet wrappers and other bits of rubbish left under the beds in both rooms, the microwave had food bits on the inside of the door, the sofas had throws over them as they are that worn and tatty. There was a small hole in the living room laminate floor. The freezer was fully blocked so could not put food in there. There was chips in the tiles in the kitchen. it really does need a good makeover.It is meant to be gated access and secure access into the building the gate was always open and the access door into the building was never locked. This is a very budget apartment which the price did not reflect. I would not recommend this apartment as it is not of a very good standard at all.
