The house is wonderful, and more than reasonably priced!! The kitchen could do with a little more outfitting (I.e. a few more pans, and perhaps some instructions for the cooker etc...) but the property was otherwise perfect. Large garden, easy access, private driveway parking (secure), and communications only a few minutes walk away!
Distance to Liverpool. This is no fault of the host, just a personal preference, but we had booked with only 24 hours notice. You can make your way to liverpool central from Little Heath Road bus stop (3 mins walk). From here you can take the 82 bus directly to Liverpool centre (around 50 mins), or you can take the 89 (I think), to Hunts Cross (15 mins approx), and take a train into liverpool (a further 25-30 mins).
