A lovely restful few days in a lovely house. We will be booking Library House again

Library House is a real home from home. It was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. It is in a very quiet location. Perfectly located for public transport and very close to shops and supermarkets. The host Patrick, was easy to contact and readily available if we had any problems.

Overall, it was a comfortable stay, though the situation after checkout was disappointing.

The property was clean and well-kept, with comfortable beds and a nice living space. The location was great for getting around Liverpool, and check-in was smooth with clear instructions from the host.

Our stay at Library House was generally good — the place was clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location. Communication with the host before and during the stay was also fine. However, after checkout, we were informed that the shower was broken and were asked to cover a repair cost of over £280. This was quite upsetting, as the shower’s front panel already seemed loose when we arrived, and no force was used at any point. We explained this to the host, but the charge was still reported through Booking.com. It’s disappointing to be held responsible for what appeared to be pre-existing wear and tear. I’d recommend future guests take photos on arrival just to avoid similar misunderstandings.

Excellent house / home do stay here.

Book here - beautiful house located on a quiet road, tastefully decorated all you could need for a city stay. It really is as it says it is on the description sometimes there’s a worry places aren’t. Patrick always contactable and communicated at all times helping with any information needed perfect host he leaves you to your own devices but is there in the background if needed. Kitchen fully fitted with all items needed, comfortable beds and pillows the tower fans were a godsend given when we stayed there was a heatwave. Kids were happy ice cream man came about quarter to six each week day night. Easy to get into the city centre with a 82 bus far side of the main road straight into town. Mini Asda and Aldi for food and refreshments.

Ideal home for a short stay in Liverpool.

The house was clean and well equipped. Location was quiet and close to buses and train station providing easy access to the city centre. Supermarket also within walking distance.

As there was 6 of us staying in the house, one thing we missed was a second bathroom. However, this wasn’t too much of a problem for a short stay.

Fantastic house in a great location

We were delighted with the house. The place was very clean and was exactly like in the pictures. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions I had. The area was a lovely quiet area and the centre was easily accessible. Lark lane nearby was a great place for cafes and little shops. We would definitely stay again if we were going back to Liverpool.

Best choice in the neighborhood

The house was very comfortable, clean, it had everything we needed.. the beds quite nice too, good rest! The owner was very responsive and kind. It was in a very quite area, but well connected with the city center and shopping areas. Also, there are many supermarkets really close to the house. Best fish & chips ever, just 2 min away!

Very reaxed and comfortable stay.

The house was beautifully clean and comfortable. Everything you could possibly need was there; in the kitchen, living room, bathroom and bedrooms. Very comfotable beds too. It was in a very handy location for going into town or out. We will definitely stay again.

I wish there had been a downstairs loo because my arthritis makes it difficult to get up and downstairs, but it is certainly not a deal breaker.

It’s lovely, modern and well decorated with all necessities for a family of 5. It gives us a ‘feel like home’. Very impressive.

There’s only one bathroom in the house - a bit congested for my family but durable 😆.

The house is beautiful and on a very street. The location allows you to walk into town and the hosts left coffee and milk for us. We could ask anything else from the host or our stay.
