Dzīvoklis ļoti labā lokācijā ar balkonu-terasi, kur izbaudīt vakara sauli. Viss tīrs un kārtīgs. Mājas pirmajā stāvā autostāvvieta. Labs kafijas automāts. Patīkami, ka saimnieks sagādājis tēju, kafijas pupiņas, cukuru. A very good price-performance ratio!
Lai viss būtu absolūti perfekti, virtuvē noderētu kāds dvielītis rokām/traukiem un sāls gatavošanai.

I have written quite some reviews, but this time I was simply happy about the place. Everything I could imagiine, was there. Special features above my expectations include 1) plenty of well reachable electric sockets, 2) coffee machine using beans (coffee beans were also available), 3) wall painting with Tartu Stone bridge visible from yard windows and balcony.
I could not spot anything ;-)

большая раковина и сын ростом 125 см не доставал до крана. было бы здорово какую-то ступеньку для детей. так все супер и даже наличия кондиционера

The apartment was clean, modern and in a quiet neighborhood close to the old town. The apartment had all necessary components for an enjoyable stay. The building had free private underground parking. The staff responded very fast, were professional and helpful.
There was a faint humming noise coming from mandatory ventilation which was a little annoying and the TV had 2 remotes but no instructions on how to correctly operate it. It took us some time to figure out the sequence for using TV's digital services
