Perfect location, very atmospheric apartment in an old house, a bohemian hide-out indeed. Well equipped. Nice bars and restaurants just around the corner. I got my car parked for free on Herne tänäv just 500m away, a good option if you don't need a car daily and want to avoid quite expensive street parking in the city center.
It was -10 °C outside, and the A/C heating was at the limits of its performance - a little chilly +19 inside, but not cold. This may be excused to an old building.

Location was good.
There was a fireplace, but if you wished to use it you had to pay extra 17 euros, like really😞 The owner asked to call them on arrival/leave, but didn’t understand anything we asked in Estonian or English, said to read in booking.
