Mugavalt küla keskel, kergesti ligipääsetav. Hiljutine värskendusremont. Mitmest aknast vaade maalilisele järvele. Vannitoas oli võimalik ka suvel küte sisse lülitada. Köögis einestamiseks vajalkud tarvikud olemas. Lähedases hotellis sai soovi korral hommikust süüa.

Korteris oli ebameeldiv hüljatud lõhn (kõrvalkorterid olid asustamata). Teler ei töötanud. Mitu elektripirni oli läbi. Suur osa mööblist mõjus nagu kusagilt ülejäänu.
