Atrašanās pastaigas attālumā no centra. Plašs dzīvoklis ar visu nepieciešamo (trauki, ledusskapis, gludinamais dēlis utml.). Autosstāvieta bezmaksas, pagalmā. Komunikācija ar īpašnieku laba, atslēgu viegli saņemt. Iekārtojums vienkāršs, gulta mīksta, bija ok. Biezas sienas, klusi kaimiņi.
No virtuves izlietnes nāk ļoti nepatīkama smaka, laikam problēma ar kanalizāciju. Paldies saimniekiem, ka bija izlietnes aizbāznis, kuru izmantojām visu laiku tad, kad izlietni nelietojām - tas novērsa smakas ieplūšanu telpā. Ļoti iesaku darīt tā arī citiem viesiem, jo bez smakas bija daudz patīkamāk. Saprotu,ka problēma droši vien ir sarežģīti risināma, tāpēc vēlreiz paldies par aizbāzni.

Lieliska lokācija. 15-20min gājiens līdz rātslaukumam. 5min gājiens līdz pārtikas veikalam. Mājas pagalmā ir bezmaksas stāvvieta. Dzīvoklī ir viss nepieciešamais.
