Die Lage in der Nähe der sehr schönen Strandpromenade ist sehr gut. Der Blick aus dem Fenster ist schön. Die Einrichtung und das Gebäude haben Retro-Charm und es ist das Notwendige vorhanden, um sich selbst zu verpflegen. Obwohl in einem Mehrparteienhaus gelegen, ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig. Auch die Gegend ist ausgesprochen ruhig. Der Preis, wenn man zu fünft dort wohnt, ist sehr gut. In der Nähe gibt es einen kleinen Laden.
Die Sauberkeit war nicht so toll. Unter den Betten war viel Staub und vor allem der Kühlschrank war so verschmutzt, dass es gestunken hat. Wir mussten diesen zuerst einmal selbst gründlich reinigen. Wenn man zu fünft ist, ist die Küche recht klein. Am meisten gestört hat uns, dass es leider nach Zigarettenrauch in der Wohnung riecht. Dieser kommt offensichtlich von einer der Wohnungen auf derselben Etage, denn im Hausgang hat es stark nach Zigarette gestunken.
