Tilava ja valoisa. Uudet ja siistit pinnat. Kattoterassi oli aivan paras ja siellä saattoi viettää yksityistä aikaa auringossa (kaveri oli viereisessä isossa asunnossa ja hänen terassinsa oli pihalla avoimessa katutasossa parin rakennuksen pimeässä välikössä). Lähellä kaupungin keskustaa, mutta rauhallisella sisäpihalla varustettu lyhytvuokrausasuntoalue. Huoneistoon pääsi hieman etuajassa.
Yksi keittiön tuoleista oli korjattu nippusiteillä ja petti. Suihkun linjalattiakaivo oli tukossa. Pyykinpesukoneen poistoletku ei ollut viemärissä kiinni ja veden sulkuventtiili oli vähän hankalasti pyykinpesukoneen takana.

Uus korter, väga hea asukoht vanalinna lähedal ja botaanikaaia kõrval. Ühel pool terass ja teistel tubadel rõdu. Hea ja kena saun.
Mõned pisidetailid vaja üle vaadata - näiteks köögi kraanist tuli ainult külma vett, sauna klaasuks vajaks natuke reguleerimist. Riidepuid võiks olla rohkem.

A nice modern apartment with a great layout and lovely outdoor space. The free parking space is an added bonus.
Overall, our stay was pleasant, but there are a few areas that could be improved. The towels and bed linens showed noticeable signs of wear and could benefit from being replaced. In addition, the bedrooms offered very limited storage space, and a clothes rack or some hooks in the hallway would have been useful for hanging coats.

Hyvä sijainti. Siisti ja tilava.Tilava wc. Helppokäyttöinen sauna oli meillä ahkerassa käytössä. Kiva terassi, jota emme sateiden vuoksi pystyneet käyttämään kuin vähän. Hyvin opastettu saapuminen, avainten ja parkkipaikan löytäminen.
Suihkutilassa ei ollut paikkaa, mihin laittaa pesun ajaksi shampoon ja pesuaineen. Suihkutilan laattalattia oli märkänä tosi liukas. Avoimen terassin kalusteiden tyynyt sateiden jälkeen oli tosi märät.
