City Center Turu str apartments, parking, Tartu Home

We love this place! Communication with the hosts was excellent. They messaged a few days before arrival to make sure they'd have everything ready for us. They sent us a video showing us how to get the hidden key, and that was so neat, it reminded us of Geocaching. When we entered the apartment, there was music playing from the speakers. So, they left it on for us to welcome us. This was such a nice detail. The apartment is of excellent size, clean, comfy, cozy. They have a washing machine, a clothes rack. Which we really appreciated, it was very handy. They pay a lot of attention to detail and we could tell. They really care that we have everything we need and that we have the best experience. They have a binder with instructions for different things, and the rules. Not only that, but they include a map you can see on Google Maps where they have made a list of places they suggest visiting. This is so considerate and useful. The location is great, there are several bus stops nearby. Estonia's public transport is good. There are some supermarkets nearby as well, and since the place has a fridge and a kitchen, that was very handy. We really, really liked this place.

One detail would be that we had 2 heavy luggages and my husband had to carry em up like four floors, I think it was. But to be super fair, that was my bad because I forgot to tell the host when I booked if they could have a place on the ground floor or one where there was a lift available. I'm absolutely sure they would have accommodated. I just forgot to ask this time! The other detail would be that the bed was a bit uncomfortable for me, but my husband was okay. I slept in the spacious sofa, which was nice. So we both slept well, but I found the bed a bit weird.

Shop is in the other side of the street

Has everything you need

Great location. Nice, spacious and clean apartment.

The location was great and the apartment was easy to access. Private parking was nice. There was a complimentary coffee machine (but no sugar or creamer).

The bathroom was really stuffy and moist, smelled like an old wet towel. Last person's skid marks were in the toilet... The kitchen and bathroom need a renovation.
