Hea asukoht, parkimine otse ukse ees. Väga mõnus diivan, köögis enamik vajaminevast olemas. Saun oli mega mõnus! Lapsed jäid oma magamistoaga väga rahule ja palusid Tartusse minnes alati see korter võtta.
Vannitoa põrand oli saabudes külm, nõudepesumasin haises ja sinna nõusid panna oli ebameeldiv. Tänavamüra kostis magamistuppa. Kohvikapslid ei sobitunud masinasse ja hommikul ei saanud seetõttu kohvi teha. Ei osanud eelnev päev sellele tähelepanu pööratagi.
